What Are Your Favourite Fonts?

I have a lot of trouble with the text in my signatures. Not just the placing of it, but also the actual font. I never know which one to use. So what are your favourite fonts and what do you use them in? What do you do to them, too?



(I put this thread in the requests section in case people didn't want to give reasons for their choices. After all, it's petty hard to talk extensively about something as simple as fonts.)

I like a lot of simple fonts like Seattle Sans or Lucida Sans. Stuff like that. Another one that I like is Skins and Bones. A little more flashy, but is still pretty simple.
