Hello, been a wrestling fan since I watched Hulk Hogan pin the Iron Sheik and win the title. Thought it was as much a sport as boxing at that time, but cooler because boxers didn't fly off the turnbuckles or fight outside the ring. Also, the characters were more colorful, which is one thing that pro wrestling will always have over MMA. If MMA does manage to get more colorful personalities, watch out wrestling world!

Hi, I'm Matthew. I'm 14, I'm From California. I've been watching wrestling (with the times) since June 15, 2009 (I remember the day because Of The Best Of Raw 2009 DVD). I spend time watching old matches from the attitude era, and doing research on old wrestling. I love wrestling, and alot of people will tell me that i don't understand how great wrestling was back then. That's probably true, but even i know that at the moment it is getting better. Basically an old school fan. I'm the biggest Jerry Lawler mark there is out there. Other old school favorites are Steve Austin, Ric Flair, The Rock, and Dusty Rhodes. Dont watch much of WWE or TNA unless I hear of something that interests me (like Lawler wrestling on Raw). I do watch ROH, sad to hear it about leaving HDNET. If I had to pick a favorite right now, it would be CM Punk.

Personally I believe that WcW had the best "pops" ever. (look at Malenko vs Jericho, and DDP vs Chris Benoit vs Raven.... Or anything with Goldberg/Sting.) Personally, I watched WcW from its inception, it was the BEST wrestling of the 90's.

Hello all...long-time lurker, first-time poster. (yeah, i know it's not a radio show, but i've always liked that intro. lol) a 28 year old wrestling fan whose earliest memories of wrestling were watching WWF TV with my father and hearing my mom and dad talk about going to Houston Wrestling shows put on by Paul Boesch. Grew up through the Monday night Wars, the turdstain on life that was WCW Champ Arquette, all of it. Have MANY of the tapes/DVDs from WCW/WWE... Hope i can make a good impression around here.
