Vickie Guerrero..... Why You Know Go Away?

Maddog Lionheart

Best Sig In The World......
So, I think that I understand why Vickie is still around in the WWE and that's mainly because of Eddie and how she still wanted to push the legacy. (Chavo wasn't going to cut it.) But I don't think that Eddie would have wanted to have his wife, the love of his wife, portrayed as.... well....an annoying jazzabelle. To me, that's not helping the Guerrero name.

My question is, do you think that it's about time she calls it quits and just walk away? Or do you think that she has something to offer in the WWE?

Let me feel what you feel......

She's around because she's a heat magnet and anyone she associates with gets the same. Heat. Which is why she keeps managing heels.

Vicke Guerrero = Heat. Vickie Guerrero + Superstar = Heat.

Literally, it is so simple that it can be broken down into a simple mathmatic.

Vickie Guerrero gets more heat than John Cena does in New York city. She sometimes doesn't even get to speak because she is constantly booed. She's a sweetheart in real life I hear, and a pleasure to work with. I don't ever want to see her leave.

When she was with Edge though, he was already huge. So I really can't say she really pushed Edge any further than what he was already was at.
There was this one guy they wanted her to pair up with. The random guy that was at the Smackdown party last year if I'm correct and after that, he wasn't seen.

Now with Ziggler, I can agree with you and I can't for these reasons.

Dolph Ziggler did get noticed from being the guy that was constantly introducing himself to people as his gimmick. She helped him and made him WHC. Although, does that technically count as him winning the WHC title? In my mind no, but I digress.
But even still, he needs more than just a push from Vickie. I think he would be better off flying solo. He has potential I can say that and I think that Vickie is kind of a hold up in my mind.

But that's just me Dragon Saga, tell me how you take this.

The reason she was with Edge was because he was phenomenally over as a heel when she was relatively new. Edge was the one doing the putting over.

She was hardly over at the time therefore Eric Escobar could not get over. It really wasn't until her excuse me gimmick where she became obnoxious and unbearable to the WWE audience.

Yes. He's actually declared a former Heavyweight Champion just like Edge is a former eleven time champion. Without Ziggler, Edge would still be a ten time champion.

But here's the deal. Ziggler cannot get over on his own. People aren’t even into him. If Dolph wants to continue success, he needs Vickie as someone to fall back on when the crowd isn’t so into him (which they aren't if Vickie isn’t beside him every moment).

I know that people aren't into him, but I think that if he went in as a face for while by himself, he could get over a little. I see it in him.

1. Woah. I've been quoted. Thanks.

2. As far as beeing an "annoying jezebelle" goes, she didn't become that until about 2008. Besides, while I used to cringe everytime I saw her/she opened her mouth, I've gotten used to her. She's actually kinda(Kinda) funny from time to time. She's a heat magnet. Heat is good 90% of the time. As far as Ziggler goes, back when he first popped up, if you asked someone 20 years down the road, they would've said, "Who?" Now, he'll be seen as "that guy who was with VIckie Guerrero." SUcks for him, but it's a start. When a heat magnet like that is around you, it helps tenfold. I'm sure if she was sick of the way she was portrayed, she would've left by now. I see no reason for her to leave. She catches more heat than 80% of heels today with two simple words. As long as she can draw heat, and doesn't recieve John Cena type reactions(see One Night Stand 2005 or anytime people see him in public), she'll be fine. :)

Also, so you don't get eaten alive here, I hope you typed "Know go away" on purpose dude.:lmao:

Vickie Guerrero is needed for the business, she's good at what she does. That's why she's kept around, she gets an overwhelming amount of Heat Edge helped put her further over, that's why they were teamed together. You have to remember, they're acting, I can't say that Eddie would be fine with his wife playing the role of the cougar-Jezebel obviously because he's gone, however he'd probably be happy with her playing heel very well. I mean you can't name a female heel right now that can generate as much heat as Vickie (granted that's not really fair but...). So no, I do not think it's time to hang it up with Vickie, she's doing a great job and it's not a disservice to the Guerrero name, she's keeping it well weeded in the business until her daughter is ready to lace up her boots.

I agree that Vickie Guerrero needs to just GO AWAY!! She might be a sweetheart in real life, but to me, she serves no purpose other than being the person that holds Dolph Ziggler's(e.g. Nicky from the Spirit Squad) bags. He's really not that impressive. Get rid of him and get Tough Enough winner Andy in there pronto!!

Why would Vickie go away? And more importantly, why should she be sent away?

No one in their right mind would quit that kind of job just to satisfy internet fans. She is bringing in a nice paycheck which supports her family. Her husband is dead, so no, she shouldn't quit.

As for her being let go -- why? She is a great mouthpiece for Dolph Ziggler. Her mic skills have improved tremendously over the last few years. She draws as much heat as anyone in the business.

Is she annoying? Absolutely. However, that's a good thing. Also, it's not as if she's on the show all that often. She's a great character.

Initially it was obviously a pay off to help her get back on her feet following Eddie's death but since then it's intentonal. Face facts, everyone hates her guts = Heat.
That's the reason she's still around, she gets a reaction. and a reaction = ratings.

People want to see her be made the fool and chant over the top of her.
When that stops, she will cease to be on television

She still has family there in Chavo and extended family in Rey, and is getting moolah why would she want to leave.

Vickie and Eddie's daughter is at FCW right now make a name for her self as Raquel Diaz (probably due to the fact they don't want her as a heel but a face).
I hate all the Vickie haters cause she's doing something she loves. If you need proof just go back to 2004-5 during the Eddie-Rey feud over Dominick. If she was to build another stable she would imo be the Female version of Bobby Heenan need proof go and watch Bobby's stuff on youtube or his DVD and just think of Vickie in his place. Both were hated by the fans (by doing the job) inside of a wrestling event but loved outside the arenas. At least she's doing the best job by keepin the Guerrero name alive and she was married into the family. The only Guerrero's by birth that are on T.V. besides Vickie are Chavo, Hector, and Shaul (FCW's Raquel Diaz). Eddie is in my top 3 wrestlers and I'm glad their keeping her around. If I was there I would stick up for Vickie and kick all of the announcing hatin announcers square in the nuts for their comments.

No, she drew Edge more heat and all. Where people would boo at Edge, once Vickie appeared they would boo so loud that she couldn't speak into the microphone.

Eric Escobar had internal problems with the WWE, he rubbed Triple H the wrong way for one, which is the opposite thing you want to do if you're interested in keeping your job, hence as to why he was fired. And even with her, he drew massive amounts of heat until he turned face.

Dolph was rising anyway, she gave him a push, and the reason she is still with him which was made very clear on Monday Night RAW in the Austin segment, is that whenever the Ziggler face turn comes, where he dumps her he'll instantly shoot into a top face position in the WWE. Same thing that happened with The Miz and Riley. She's there to get Ziggler over in the end.

Vickie isn't at all a "hold-up." When Dolph comes out without her, it's just a mediocre heel reaction, he can't draw good heat by himself, with her he can. Hence why they still use her and see her, as she is, an asset to the heels in the WWE.

Vickie Guerrero is one of those characters you'll always remember, just like Miss Elizabeth, but obviously for a different sort of reason. I really miss the Assistant GM, Vickie on Smackdown. She has toned down a lot since going over to RAW.

I think she has done quite a lot for Ziggler- would he have been able to work on his own? She was really good with the Edge-Ziggler feud I thought. She was great in adding tension to the whole scenario.
