according to their website, they're on the West Coast, Southwest, Tennessee and the Carolina's. Good reason I've never seen one. Been to Tennessee once, and NC a couple times, but not in years.

The best way I can describe JITB is as a stoners Burger King. Not to say that only stoners eat there, but their menu is just the most random assortment of shit. Tacos, sandwiches, burgers, salads, pitas, teryaki bowls, mozz sticks...like everything you can think of.
The also have the cheapest shit evah. Biggest dollar menu I've ever seen, and even the shit that isn't on the dollar menu is usually no more than like $2.50.

JITB doesn't have chili, not anymore. Nor does the BK here, though I've heard others around the country carry it. JITB used to carry $1 double chili cheeseburgers though. Wonderful.
