Yeah but like it was posted before the the women's matches in TNA seemed to get the highest ratings of the night, so obviously somebody cares. I think if tna can pull of their female division that it may take away any wwe viewers who watch the womens matches. I think as long as TNA puts talented females on and not just eyecandy(ashley, luv her but what is she) it should find some sucess.

I give credit to the TNA women taking some bumps. I remember watching a few weeks ago and Ms. Brooks took a spill out of the ring with her back nailing the ring apron.
As far as their matches, from what I've seen on Impact over the past two or three weeks, they've been faily decent and entertaining, moreso than watching someone chase a leprechaun around.

I am really interested into seeing what they're going to do about having someone actually beat her. If anything they can pull a Chyna with her and have her win the X-division title. (Sorry but after two matches I've seen, I'm already a Kong fan). It was awesome to actually hear cheers for a heel women wrestler.

TNA has no compitition when it comes to thier Women's division with Gail Kim and Jackie Moore having a awesome cage match back in April and signing Amazing Kong who I bet will have a LONG and I mean LONG title regain. TNA will make thier own female talents in Talia Madison and Angel Williams (who oddly enough people say BOTH would had been future WWE Women's Champions). Roxxi will for sure be a TNA Women's Champ as well. TNA DONT SCREW IT UP~!

If you think about it though. You can have people beat her just like they had and still have people beating guys like Mark Henry and Big Daddy V(sorry for the WWE reference). Just because they're big doesn't mean they can't be brought down.

Um, I see it, Nikki Roxx is a big, strong chick, about 5'9 and 150 lbs. Amazing Kong IS NOT 275, she's more like 220 or 230 lbs. And considering that Del Ray damn near obliterated Kong when they met a few weeks back, I'd say Nikki has a fighting chance, plus she nearly beat Kong the first time they met in SHIMMER so I don't know why they couldn't make the win look believable in TNA.
I also agree that Roxxi's voodoo gimmick makes her look strange. I like her gimmick and they way she plays it, but she just is odd to look at. I think it's great though, the way they are handling the division. They always seem to be decent matches and they are actually wrestlers, not models. That triple level 5 person suplex thing a few weeks back was ridiculous. I think this is great.
I also think that if they tried I'm sure they could get something working with Maxim, FHM or even Playboy based on the Knockouts. That is pretty much the opposite image they're going for but they have Christy who's been in playboy, gail kim who's been topless but prob won't do it again and angel williams and talia madison are pretty hot too. Tracy is decent as well. It could be something to help spread TNA.

I hope TNA is real serious about the womans division because its been a long time since I've seen a really good womans match. I just hope that the people are interested in seeing woman who can actually work a match. I hope it succeeds but don't really see it succeeding. My reason for that is because when the WWE had woman (not divas) who COULD wreslte, nobody really paid attention to them imo. I just don't think that in the world of professional wrestling, the womans division has much pull.

TNA is having pretty much every knockout compete inside a steel cage at lockdown. i'm not sure if beyond lita vs victoria, that wwe would even risk putting two talents in a cage, let alone the entire women's roster.
personally, i can't wait to see the match, since i think TNA's women's division is outstanding at the minute and can hopefully get better and better.
as for kong, at the minute, the way TNA are booking her is as an unstoppable force. i think if she's going to lose the title, they will only feasibly take it away from her in a triple threat match at the minute.
if they bring in some more talent in this division, the like of sarah del ray or others, then potentially they could reach a situation where kong loses cleanly, but until this monster push stops, i can't see her dropping the title by being pinned by anything other than a roll up

true, they're (with one or two exceptions), good looking enough to get into playboy/fhm or any other teenage boy mag, but why cheapen a product that works by turning it into the wwe, where divas are pushed by how much silicone they have in their breasts, or how much they're willing to show for the sake of publicity

As far as the playboy thing goes...Candice Michelle as champ for months, Ashley on the card at 'Mania. Do you really want to see things like that start to happen in TNA. I can actually watch the womens matches in TNA. WWE has Phoenix dominating all the little Playboy models. TNA needs to keep it the way they have it, although a few more talented wrestlers would be useful.

I am a huge fan of the wwe but I have to say that their womens division is not good at all and I'm tired of them getting pushed just cuz of stupid magazines they pose for. I wish that they had good girls just like they did when trish stratus wrestled cuz she was pretty and couls kick ass. The only divas now that I think are good and should become womens champion are mickie james and melina, they deserve to have it and are in my opinion the best.
i love how TNA is doing their women's division and i am excited for Lockdown and the knockout matches. I want them to unmask Cheerleader Melissa cause i believe that it will interfere with her matches and she is a pretty good wrestler. I want Gail and ODB to win this match. As for the Queen of the Cage match i am pulling for Roxxi in that match so she and kong could have a rivalry it would be pretty damn good or maybe they could give the match to Traci but i don't really see her winning the title from Kong. If a heel has to win, Im pulling for Angelina or Jacqueline since in my opinion they are probualy the only two who can possibly win the title.

i think maybe with roxxi being involved with love/sky lately, she won't be booked to win it. but we'll see. to be honest i'd quite like roxxi to win though as i don't think she's been used to the best of her abilities.
other than that, I'd quite like Traci Brooks to win, just to give her a win, because she hasn't really had much of a chance in the ring as Roode's valet.

I like that they are doing more with the women here in TNA then the WWE. I was sad when Gail was let go by the WWE and should have let go other women instead. It is interesting at watching Awesome Kong (or whatever she calls herself) for the first time. Heck I hope to see more of these women and hope that they would do a one shot (or one a year) magazine like the WWE does with they're divas because they are not only able to wrestle, they are beautiful!
i like the tna women' division so far. they have shown us that they intend to utilize the ladies and their talent.....for wrestling. what a novel idea. i'd expand the group a little, though. bringing in jazz would be a no brainer. noone i can think of would bring more credibility, or more intensity to the "knockouts". i'd also like to see daizee haze in there, but that might be because she's an awesome wrestler, not to legitimize anything. (it may also be because i have a slight crush on ms. haze, for full disclosure's sake.)
TNA's Knockout division is great. TNA's top tier women (Kong, Gail, Melissa/Saeed, Roxxi, and ODB) have more talent than WWE's Diva fitness models-turned wrestlers overnight. WWE's best, Beth and Mickie, must have it rough, carrying all their opponents all the time. WWE and/or Steph just don't really care, and they think they know what women's wrestling is for you, and that is: pillow fights, playboy spreads, and throwing them on tv with no rhyme or reason why they are fighting.
With the possible arrival of Shantelle Taylor, who i have heard good stuff about, and Daizee Haze, it seems that TNA is still focused on bringing in the best female wrestlers that they can find, a tactic that WWE should start doing instead of looking at the latest Playmate of the Month which seems to be where they are finding their girls. I am really excited about seeing Shantelle Taylor. She is really hot and i heard she is a decent wrestler along the lines of Angel Williams but i could be wrong. Has anyone seen a match of hers and is she as good as i have been told?

Shantelle Taylor's wrestling style is basically a carbon copy of Gail Kim's. Like Gail, Shantelle has had extensive training in Lucha Libre and is an elusive high flyer. But If I were to compare Shantelle to Gail, I would say that Gail would have the better technique. Shantelle doesn't have the experience that Gail has, nor has she trained as long. Shantelle isn't as traveled as Gail nor is she as decorated.
So Basically Shantelle Taylor is a smaller, white version of Gail Kim, who can't quite match Gail's technique
I heard that TNA was still trying to sign Sarah Stock, and if that is true, then I'd much rather see Stock in TNA than Shantelle Taylor. Stock is easily one of the best womens wrestlers in North America, her level of technique would not only completely blow Shantelle Taylor away, but she'd make Gail Kim look like a complete amateur as well (which is probably the main reason why TNA has been so hesitant to sign her)
Wow she must be really good ill have to watch one of her matches. Im a little interested in seeing how TNA is gonna do the whole Cheerleader Mellisa/Raisha Saeed thing. In the match on Thursday, Mellisa was getting a decent pop. So does this mean that their gonna keep Mellisa in her cheerleader gimmick and the Raisha Saeed gimmick or will they get rid of Saeed altogether. Also, I kinda liked Daizee Haze but i don't think that she got to show alot of her talent as she was pretty much squashed by Mellisa but she showed potential. She'll probably become a heel since the audience booed her but ya never know. She could be a face and become friends with Roxxi and help her fight Love and Sky since they both have a unique style but i doubt that will happen.
