They could, but why would they? Vince does not want to acknowledge any of the TNA championships as being major titles. The reason he acknowledged Foley's new book is because somewhere down the line, Vince will benefit from doing so. Acknowledging the TNA Knockouts championship does not benefit Vince so there will be no Diva reign for Gail Kim.
