What about Tajiri, Mysterio, Judas Messias or Kiyoshi? Were they OK?
They followed it up with a knockout move prior to the pinfall, bro.
They also used green mist (except Messias, who used red), which has no secondary effect.
But who else besides you and like four other people on these forums know that? Everyone seems to forget that besides entertaining existing fans, they need to gain NEW ones, as well. None of them understand Mist 101 in pro-wrestling.

Well the commentators were kind enough to explain quite clearly that the mist was causing Mickie very visible pain in addition to blinding her.
Yeah, but no amount of commentating could convince me that after being in a 10 minute match involving being punched in the face, slammed into the mat, thrown into the steel barracade, suplexed, piledriven, etc. that a spray of mist to the face would be the thing to put me down for a three count. Sorry, man... no way.
Well then surely you'd find it even less convincing coming from someone like Muta.
I'm ok with the mist thing, although granted I haven't seen it. It's one of those things you don't need to explain in wrestling that just kind of exists and works in the wrestling world.
Both of these explain it all. I guess, for me, it just didn't work when used by women.
I don't know... when you've got someone with a character like Muta, it makes sense to me. But with Winter's, er, weirdness it just didn't mesh in my mind.
One thing I never got about the mist:
If it's deadly to the touch, how do they keep it in their throats/mouths without it hurting them?
