Ambiguous Turd

Mid-Card Championship Winner
These two have been in a heated rivalry as of late. Common sense should say that Mickie is going to easily take the WWE Women's Championship in this one, after all the humiliation she's been put through ... especially with the Piggy James segment.

But then again, Mickie and Melina did get the win at Survivor Series for their team, so that may not be a good sign for Mickie James winning the title.

Something else to consider is that Michelle McCool has held the WWE Women's Title since June at The Bash, when she defeated Melina. So, she's held the title for 6 months. And it could very well mean that her time is up.

If I had to wager a guess, I would predict that Mickie will take the title in this one. I think Michelle has held it for long enough and that they are ready for a change. Plus, after all the stuff Mickie has been through, which will probably continue up through the PPV, I think this will finally be the payoff.

Feel free to provide your input on this match, who you think will win and WHY, how good you think the match will be, and anything else related to their match at TLC.

I've been waiting ages for this match. I like how they gave us a little taster at Survivor Series. The crisp exchanges between the two were just enough to build anticipation for this match.

WWE, like myself, is aware that these two females don't need a gimmick to have a good match. It's a little known fact that McCool vetoed talk of them participating in a ladder match. That's why Christian & Shelton Benjamin and their lowly brand have been given the match instead.

I'm really looking forward to this.

Finally. I've been anticipating this match for quite some time now. Although it's still a little too early for me to make my prediction (I'll make one for each match of the PPV sometime on saturday), but I'll be looking forward to this match because this has been one of the best diva feuds in a LONG time. I might even go as far as to say it's been the best one since Trish left. It will probably be a great match because two of the best current divas will be in it. I can't wait.

Ugh! I hate myself.

Let me tell you why. For the longest time, I have been looking forward to this match. It has been building for a while and I think that both of the competitors are going to put on a match to the best of their abilities. However, that is the problem. I am not a fan of women's wrestling. The only Diva who I legitimately want to watch is Beth Phoenix and that is because of her performance. She comes out and hardly ever makes a botch. Mickie James is exactly the opposite. She botches all the freaking time and I get bored with her matches very easily.

This is the sleeper match for sure. Especially considering how great the rest of the matches seem to be.

I don't know if other posters are being sarcastic or not but, for me, I think this could be a pretty good match. The WWE has put two women in the same ring that can actually wrestle. I think it'd be so easy for the WWE to have a serious women's division. If they want to have us watch women, then I fail to see the problem in actually making most of them be good wrestlers.

This match is something of a rarity for the Divas as there actually is some semblance of a storyline behind it. It's not just some match between two seemingly random women and that's a very nice change of pace. I don't think it's been done spectacularly by any stretch, but it's a definite improvement over what I'm used to seeing from the Divas.

I am BEYOND stoked for this match to take place. Too bad and sad that Miss McCool wouldn't participate in a ladder match. That'd be such a phenomenal match/step for the women's division. They never have stylized matches with the women and I think it'd be awesome to have them be in a ladder, hardcore, table, or even cage match! Some of these women have done it before and still could, but thats off topic. I think Mickie vs Michelle is a match a lot of us have been along time waiting. I think they are going to give their all and make it a great match, and I HOPE Mickie James walks out the NEW women's champion!!!!!!!!

Its a tough one for Mickie James and Michelle McCool, for what I heard they took the title off Mickie to punish her for putting on a few pounds, so is she still in the dog house for that because you know the Diva's are expected to be flawless.

Then you look at Michelle McCool, last I heard she was dating Undertaker, now is the title on her because of some behind the seen pull or did they give it to her because they feel she can run with it for now.

WWE really need to train the women they have to wrestle better, because most of them are just show bunnies, they only have a couple who actually have some talent.

I've been enjoying this feud so far more than any other divas feud since Trish left, and that's saying a lot. Even though Mickie winning this would make for a great divas moment for her overcoming all the Piggie James stuff and how she has been treated by Michelle in the storyline.... I don't think she is going to win because Michelle has had a great title reign that should not end yet. I think Michelle will pull off a victory after Mickie puts up a strong fight only to lose in the end.

DAGGER DIAS PREDICTION
Michelle McCool will retain the Women's Championship.

This is something that I have been waiting for a while and I could not be happier that they finally have a one-on-one match for the championship. As of right now, you have a great heel worker in Michelle McCool who has really come into her own against the most reliable woman the WWE have to put on good matches, Mickie James.

I am not sure who is going to win here, but it sure does lean towards Michelle retaining. Mickie James and her team defeated Michelle McCool's team at Survivor Series, so having your best heel worker in a division not many people care about lose two matches in PPV succession might not be a good idea. Michelle seems to have the "stroke" from a backstage leader who could convince the E for her championship to stay around her waist, as well as preventing Mickie James from not getting closer to the record of 7 WWE titles in the women's division. It seems Vince might not want Mickie as the champion either due to her "weight issues" and Michelle "being hotter and more appealing" than Mickie. Don't count out the factor that they may want to drag this feud longer.

But, in saying this... the Royal Rumble and TLC PPV's have a long distance between them. So, building a feud around these two girls will get stale quickly, knowing the attention span of the audience concerning the diva's. They might want to stick to having random diva's matches, with the Mickie/Michelle rivalry playing "lame duck" until the RR gets closer. In this respect, Mickie James being the champion makes sense. There are four female heels and two face divas. If Mickie wins the championship, she can defend the title against all four heels, as well as facing Maria if need be, and the booking/creative team can get away with it. Not many people are interested in heel/heel diva storylines when compared to face/heel diva feuds.

If they want to make this feud have more life, then Michelle should win. Thinking logically about the division on SmackDown, Mickie should win.

I could not care less about this match. I'd like to see some stiff shots from Mickie onto McCool, possibly some twat sucking or something, but alas, we're going to get another boring Women's title match. I like Mickie's wrestling, but McCool's awful and I'll be surprised if this match gets more than 10 minutes. If it does, then I'm going to be mad. Too many matches need more time than this.

I say Mickie wins the strap, but don't really care if she does or not.

Now this is a fued I have enjoyed in the past month or so. They have build this match really well and I look forward to see 2 great divas fight it out for the title. I hope that this match is as good as we all hope it will be (and in all, I mean the people who actually care).

Now predicting who is going to win this match is a hard one. With WWE pissed at mickie gaining weight and her carreer in singing just starting, maby they would not want her to win the title. Not to forget that she is arriving close to the 7 reigns of Trish Stratus.
Now we also have michelle who has held the title for about 6 months. She has been doing well but holding titles long kind of gets stale.

Now with this whole storyline, I would love to see Mickie James win the title since i think it would repay her for actually going through with the (hurtfull) stroyline. She has well the deserve the title n my opinion and it would also continue the fued with michelle. Usually when the contender lose the title, they would just go to the next person. And I don't really feel like seeing beth with the title again.

So I would really want to see Mickie James win.
But I just have a feeling that they are going to have michelle win the title.
So I predict michelle mccool retaining

I don't really see Mickie winning the belt here. They seem to be trying to build McCool up to be the dominat female in the WWE. Although I feel it is time for her to lose the championship because all of her feuds haven't really been worth getting into. I was hoping she would start a feud with Beth Phoenix, but that seems like it won't be happening.

Jickie Mames makes a great point. It only makes sense for McCool to win considering how Mickie has come out on top recently. However, McCool winning would leave the women's division on SD! in a strange place unless Maria will be the next contender for the title. Personally I would like to see Mickie win and then feud with Natalya since Natalya had a recent submission victory (not something you see often) over her. Natalya can then feud with Beth since they teased that a little in the triple threat. Most likely Beth would have to turn face for that though. Anyways, I see McCool winning this one simply on opposite momentum rules

I really don't care about this at all. With that said, I expect a similar result to the Kofi/Orton match. Either Mickie wins by DQ or Michelle wins dirty. No one else on the SmackDown divas roster has been built up at all, so why end this so soon?

Ok so everyone thought that Mickie would beat McCool and win her 5th womans championship and her sixth championship adding the divas title. Obviously Mickie has better mic skills then Michelle, better in ring skill then Michelle and she has a bigger fan base. Which leads to the question why is Michelle still champion for. I mean why did the WWE let her beat Mickie the best WWE diva in the WWE today. So what do you guys think. I think she shouldn't still be the champion because she never wrestles and she has only defended the title twice in six months she also talks and isn't able to back up what she says.

I'm really not surprised by this. For some reason WWE is trying to build McCool up to be the dominat female in WWE. I know a lot of people think that reason might be because she's screwing The Undertaker, but some how I don't believe that because as far as wrestling goes, by WWE standards, she's at the top the mountain along with Melina. Now her mic skills are horrible, everytime I watch Smackdown, and I think she's about to talk, I'm quick to pick up my remote, and find something else to watch for a brief period.

As far as Mickie James goes, It seems WWE doesn't want to push her because she's gained weight from what i've read online. I think it's bullshit, but that's what WWE is saying. Mickie should be champion because McCool is growing stale with each week that goes by. Ever since she won the title, all of her feuds have been boring, and she hasn't put on a classic match or a very good one at that. So I would love to see Mickie be champ, but It doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon.
