My sides are splitting.Last I checked neither of these men have ever used the others finisher to win a match so even playing field as far as im concerned. Also when Cena beat Jericho he wasn't in his prime. Jericho has faced far stiffer rougher opponents in Japan. The thing hurting Jericho here is how weak Cena's moves are. I mean in reality Cena's moves shouldn't put anyone down so how can Jericho win with them. Jericho is by far better and would win any other match other than this bullshit gimmick match designed to get Cena farther.
He doesn't need to swing the ladder once to win the match. Hell, the ladder doesn't even need to enter the equation. Thesz will put him in the dreaded headlock or hammerlock, and Vader will yawn. Thesz will be surprised, then look at a tape from the 90's, and notice that his big finishing holds are nothing but painless rest holds now.
I hope you mean pass out because making Vader tap out will accomplish nothing in a ladder match.Dude, by that logic Hulk Hogan should have won no match after 1990. I have regularly seen big guys use the leg drop and even the smallest of guys get up after it as if it is nothing. But Hogan continues winning matches by that exact move. Why? Because that is his damn finisher. If Thesz applied a headlock to a guy in even 2010 the guy would tap out unless and until it is someone of the likes of Hogan or Austin. Because Thesz is a big name in wrestling and his finisher will be devastating move no matter how basic a move it is.
Jericho/Cena is a lot closer than I thought it would be. The winner goes against Austin in the next round, right?
I don't see how that's possible since they aren't in the same region.
Can't believe Cena-Jericho is so close. Well I can believe it, but it's ******ed. Same with Batista losing so decisively to Undertaker.

This could be Hogan's year. If he wins this round he faces Eddie or Edge, and he should go over both, and from there he either face Thesz, Vader, Austin, or Punk (yeah right), and the only one of those who should give him any trouble is Austin, and I still say he goes over there.
I don't see anyone in the New York region that gives him any problem with the exception of the Rock, but if he goes over Stone Cold I think he goes over Rocky as well.

Hogan would have all kinds of trouble with Austin in an IWC tournament. Fair or not.
