The Thunder-Blog

Holy shit, man.

I could not be more turned off by biting. Well, me being bitten at least. I don't mind nibbling an ear or too on a woman, if she so chooses. For her to be biting me though, I am just not into it.

To finish this conversation off, I didn't realize I liked being bit until one night I was at a local punk show and this goth girl I was friends with asked if she could bite me. I said sure thinking it would lead to other things, which of course it did but when she bit me something inside me clicked and I've liked it since.

He's been working on Sundays. Although why he isn't around this late, I do not know. Maybe he got a date?

My head is effing killing me.

Are you guys going to be in the official WZ LD, or oes it not come on at that time for you?

I missed it!

Although I legitimately MTFO'd when Edge came out. I fucking knew it was going to happen but it was amazing. Sorry Blade.

Seriously, I was sitting with my bro and I said to him that Edge would come in second last and win it. I shit you not. I was still shocked when it happened though.

You knew it was going to happen?? Oh, come on now... I'm was shocked to shit.

I heard him from my house. I tried to have a mark out war with him.

I think I won and it's not easy beating D-Man in a war of words!

Phoenix and I had a good conversation about who would win and I believe I had mentioned at one point that Edge could come back and pulls a Cena and win with the number 30 spot. Phoenix countered with he could see Edge coming in at number 29 but not win.

So it's not completely out of the question to guess it would happen.

I was sitting on my couch with IC25, JGoose and Norcal and we jumped out of our seats and MTFO'ed when his music hit. I still have goosebumps from the crowd's reaction.

The camera angle was perfect, the delay before his music hit was awesome... and we were fooled because we were checking off all of the entrants and who hadn't arrived yet.

Edge actually took Regals's spot in the Rumble, while Regal was a confirmed entrant. That was the biggest reason for our shock.

:|Why would you do that? I hardly even glance at the confirmed list before hand. I want each countdown to be a shock.

I think we all hoped it would happen, but no one should tke credit and say "I knew it was gonna happen." After all, it would have been just as likely for Piper to have taken an entrant's spot, which IC25 tried to predict.

I also guessed that Batista would be #30...

I hope it's not being taken the wrong way, but I just feel that everyone always wants a pat on the back for being smarky when we should just all sit back, enjoy, and dicuss afterwards, otherwise the surprise loses its meaning and magnitude.

Do I make sense?

Yeah, I may have overstated that slightly.

I didn't know it was going to happen but I desperately wanted it to and I had a feeling that it might. I legitimately marked out and I honestly cannot think of the last time that I marked out like that. He looks as though he has lost some muscle mass and I think that it will take him a while to get back into it properly. Nevertheless, it was absolutely amazing to see him back.

We make the RR interesting every year by having a little game that we play for a couple of bucks that goes like this:

-$2-$5 goes into the pot per man.

-We get the confirmed list of entrants to the Rumble, and if all 30 spots aren't confirmed we count the open spots as being "wildcards".

-We take a sheet and make wild guesses on the order that the participants come out. For every one that we get right, we get a point.

-Most points at the end wins the pot of $$.

-Tie breakers are in two forms: #1 - If you pick the winner, you get a tiebreaker point. #2 - If both of the tied people pick the same winner, the tiebreaker goes to the one who chose the first correct entrant into the Rumble.

Basically, IC25 and I have the entire room/bar involved. Before every guy comes out, people start cheering and hoping that their guy comes out, thus gaining them a point in the contest. It gets everyone involved and about 20x more excited during the Rumble. Bascially, it turns into a mark-out-fest.

This is why the RR is almost my favorite PPV of the year.

Nah I understand completely what you're getting at. What I meant was that Edge being in the Rumble wasn't the biggest surprise for me, I was thinking he would be in it. That doesn't mean that I didn't mark out all over my living room when his music hit. The bigger surprise was him winning it, I didn't expect him to win. So with the talk of expecting things, you can predict all you want but as a fan you still mark out big time when a huge return happens.

We were totally shocked when HBK missed that rope. Honestly, we thought it was a fuck up and they called an audible. But once he went out I jumped up and screamed, "Holy shit!! Edge is gonna win it!!" And I continued to mark out like I was 13 and still wetting my bed.

Thank you, WWE.

You wet the bed at 13?

One day I need to see the Rumble with some WZ guys. I always mark for the match.

Fucking mcIntyre took Hurricane's spot. And I think I am in love with Beth Phoenix. She was robbed. ROBBED I say.

That is true, that was a good convo.

I think I did mention that Jericho may win the World Title at EC in the same convo lol.
