That game saved me in fantasy. McFadden got me zero due to his injury and my opponent had Michael Bush so it was a 20 point swing (10 for Bush that should have gone to Run DMC). However, 17 from Graham and zero from Painter has put me up 8 going into Monday. I have Billy Cundiff and Lardarius Webb and he has MJD.

I hope the Jags look better tomorrow night than the Colts did tonight. My prediction for the Monday night game is:

Ravens 23
Jaguars 6

So far Gabbert has played the three best defenses in the NFL. I love that he is playing against such hard opponents early in his career. He's looked pretty good all things considered.

I'm not.

My fantasy opponent had 5 of his starting players on a bye. I had no starters on a bye. My opponent had Brees and Colston, and 4 of my players combined for 11 points. I lost by 2.
I was playing one on NFL.com started by Will, haven't paid attention to it in about a week.

I don't know if I'd call a completion % of 49 pretty good but I've seen worse play out of young qb's.

His receivers also consistently drop the ball, quit running routes and just suck in general. I have never seen a group of receivers as bad as the Jags receivers have been so far this season. He has thrown a touchdown in each of the last four games I believe, so that is something for him to build on.

The Jags haven't had good receivers since Jimmy Smith and Keenan McCardell were together.

Mike Sims-Walker wasn't that bad before last year though, right? I mean, the guy was solid.

You're right though, they haven't had a great one since then. They'll start to get good receivers when they move to LA though.

This is from Fox Sports.

Atlanta players Todd McClure and Roddy White accused Detroit's Ndamukong Suh and Cliff Avril of taunting quarterback Matt Ryan as he lay injured Sunday during the Falcons' 23-16 victory.

Ryan fell awkwardly after he tripped over his teammate, offensive tackle Will Svitek, with 10:13 left in the third quarter. The QB immediately grabbed his left knee as he lay on the ground, apparently in pain.

As he was down, Suh and Avril allegedly trash-talked the quarterback and kicked at his feet, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

"I had respect for Suh before the game," said McClure, the Falcons' center. "But when Matt was on the ground, the things he was saying and the trash he was talking was definitely uncalled for. There are certain things you don't do. (He said), 'Get the cart,' and several other things that I can't repeat."

White, a wide receiver, said, "I lost a whole lot of respect for 90 (Suh) today and also 92 (Avril)."

Referring to their "unacceptable" actions after Ryan was hurt, White added, "Like 92 was kicking (Ryan's) feet, saying, 'Get him off the field.'

"We don't do stuff like that. We don't rally over guys when they get hurt. It was just inappropriate behavior. I mean, 'Get the cart'? Are you serious? Come on. When you compete, you never want to see a guy get hurt."

Suh and Avril were yet to respond to the accusations.

Ryan missed only two plays because of the injury, prompting Falcons coach Mike Smith to comment, "It just shows you the resolve and resiliency of this guy."

If this shit is true, then I have lost all respect for Ndamukong Suh. That's some of the shittiest shit you can do.

Oh, and while Matthew Stafford getting hurt isn't good (albeit it should have been expected), ain't Karma a bitch, Suh?

First of all none of that shit the Falcons are saying has been proven and the Lions players involved have said that the Falcons had been playing dirty all game and are known for dirty play. The Falcons play dirty so Suh makes a remark when their qb is down and again it hasn't been proven that he said anything like that. Not a big deal. I'm sorry but saying "Get the cart" probably doesn't even make the top 10 of horrible things that are said on the field during any game. Last time I checked words don't hurt football players.

The injury didn't even occur because Suh, or any Lion for that matter, hit Ryan. It occurred because Ryan's own O lineman stepped on his ankle.

Two sides to every story

The article clearly states "get the cart" was the only one that was repeatable, there were many others not repeatable. And the idea of kicking at the guy is even worse.

It doesn't matter, acting happy a person is injured is bullshit, and it's a sign of how shit Jim Schwartz keeps his team in check (which we all know, since he himself just picked a fight with a coach).

That has nothing to do with it. The man is injured, and the opponents are celebrating the injury and mocking the man. And pretending to kick him is pathetic.

Stafford getting hurt was simply karma. And not at all surprising, since it's an annual occurrence.

And this is hardly the first time Suh has been talked about for his antics. In fact, it's almost weekly.

1. Once again it is just a couple Falcons players making the accusations and it has not been proven that Suh and Avril did anything. If you read the story I posted above it has Suh and Avril saying they did nothing and the Falcons are the dirty team. Basically it's he said she said and the Falcons players just happened to get to the media first. Neither story has any basis to be believed more then the other.

2. It's not like Stafford had some major injury. He tweaked an ankle and is day to day. It happens to pretty much every qb in the league at some point in the season.

The Falcons won the game so it doesn't really matter to me. If it's true, then Suh and the other guy crossed the line (which was made apparent by Steve Young and the MNF crew). If not, then McClure and White shouldn't even be worried about that and concentrate on the bye week. Although, if it were true, I would have liked to see the O-Line deal with it the next play after the injury happened.

I guarantee White and McClure either misheard or took what Suh said out of context. If Suh was making so many shitty comments then why did only two of the eleven Falcons players on the field hear him? If Cliff Avril kicked at the feet of Matt Ryan then why haven't we seen any video tape of him doing it?

It sounds like a bunch of hearsay to me. We have no proof from either side so I wouldn't get too worked up about it.

And yeah, Stafford would've came back in if they needed him too. They said he didn't even have ice on it afterward so it wasn't that bad. It's nothing.

Wait.... I turned on the MNF game for 30 seconds, and in that 30 seconds, they say that MNF will be BACK IN JACKSONVILLE?!?! IN DECEMBER?!?!?! AND AGAINST THE CHARGERS?!?!?!?!?!?!

Why the hell would they do that? This game had 0 buzz because the Jags suck. Now they will go and play the Chargers in December in Jacksonville, and by that time maybe the Chargers will be out of it too. Jesus, ESPN got fucked over by the scheduling.

I believe in the 2nd half of the season they can start altering the MNF and SNF games, so if the Jags aren't competing for a playoff spot come December, I'm sure that game will get scraped for something else.

They can flex out of Sunday Night, but Monday Nights are locked. They won't change the day of the game, just the time.

That'll end up being a case of 2 non-playoff bound teams playing. And yes, I think the Chargers losing to the Jets will be the beginning of their downfall.

Was I the only one who found their 2 minute offense pathetic? Even worse was Rivers 4th down play, where he just bombed the ball 20 yards out of bounds. Dumbass didn't even let his guys try and make a play. Just conceded the game.

Who exactly is going to overtake the Chargers? The Palmer led Raiders? The Cassell led Chiefs? The Chargers aren't great but they're still 3-0 at home. I'm not saying it's a guarantee the Chargers win the division but they'll still be in the race at the very least.

I believe they created some buzz tonight. They dominated a good majority of the game.

No more Bernard Berrian.

For a 1-6 season I'm elated. The Vikings have now released the two players I loathed the most on the team. Chris Cook will not be far behind (to be fair I like him as a player but as a person? He's garbage).
