No they can't, it only takes 1 bad game by the offense to take them out. One end can only carry them so far. If they want another ring that defense needs to improve. But New England can afford that (even if it is horrible) because they have an excellent offense.
He might or might not, I am playing a wait and see on that. Neither of them are playing well, but the Dolphins outside of the offense are not a terrible team and Matt Moore is better than Painter, for however long he plays. Either of them could get the pick, with how Minnesota is playing maybe they could, only one way to find out. Moore isn't terrible IMO, but he may not be the starter for long if at all. The Dolphins signed Rosenfels and Garrard I think is out there so they have some options.
The way I see is that Indy and Miami may draft Luck but I bet teams like Seattle and KC will draft Blackmon if he comes out.
Yeah, Indy doesn't have Peyton to bail them out this time. I thought with Collins in there they wouldn't have fallen off so much.Yeah, but I'm saying that in comparison to Indy.
St. Louis. They're 0-4, and won't pick Luck since they have Bradford already, who is making tons of money as a #1 overall QB. 2 #1 overall QBs will kill their Salary Cap. The only way they keep luck is if they fire Spagnolo (likely if they finish worst in the league) and then they somehow trade Bradford. The only team that I don't see drafting Luck if they get the number one pick is Minnesota. The Vikings need a receiver but even them I don't see drafting Blackmon number one.
One other team not to sleep on in terms of trades is Cleveland. Colt McCoy is not firmly entrenched there, and he isn't all that great anyway. They also have 2 first round picks this year (Atlanta's from the Julio Jones pick trade), and will likely have a top-12 pick this year. Their 1, ATLs 1, and their 2013 1 might be enough to get up to 1.I can almost guarantee that if the worst team doesn't need Luck then they will trade the top pick because there are plenty of teams who do.

I can't think of an athlete I hate more right now than Ray Lewis. tru story
1) Inflated stats for an inflated ego. Self important asshole.
2) He was one to talk about how football keeps people from committing crimes.. Which was a stupid thought to begin with.
No doubt in my mind -- Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the game. 396 yards, 2 TDs, a 5th straight win for his team. He's stellar.
come on now, he's no Mark San....... OK, I can't even say that. I still have tons of faith in the kid, and he's still a good QB, but he (and the whole team) is on a really cold streak now. That happens when you cut your best run blocker after the season (Damien Woody) and your Center misses 2 games, and you're letting what may be your best running back right now (Joe McKnight) only get a few snaps, and the D can't stop the run.No doubt in my mind -- Aaron Rodgers is the best QB in the game. 396 yards, 2 TDs, a 5th straight win for his team. Actually, if you go back to last season & add playoffs to that it's 11 straight wins.![]()
