I acknowledge other people's opinions. I just believe that a few of the bands I like were some of the best and I will debate it until somebody can prove me wrong. Or even if my friends like I band, I'll tease them about how they suck when they usually don't

Well i know people who never like to think that only the old stuff is the greatest(Which obviously it is) but you are one of those who acts they were alive with these people(In your case Cobain & Morrison) and knows everything about them. You are only 14. Love the modern day music and bitch about your kids music rather than loving your parents music and bitching of your era's music.

I respect opinions, and I like what I like. I like some of the current music (Buckcherry, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Eminem, etc...) but I think older stuff is better. And I will debate that.

Michael Jackson was a music god. 80's pop was good in itself (well some of it, at the least) but Michael Jackson was amazing.

I do know alot about them. I've read about them, I've studied them, I've listened to them. I have found out alot about them. You don't have to live in an era to know about it and it's people. I like some of INXS's stuff myself (I think they were 80s?) and also some rock from this era.
