One thing I forgot to add to my previous post:
DX will never be the DX that is was in the Attitude Era, no matter who is in it. That was a different time. HBK is a born-again Christian now and Trips is the big, swole-up badass "King of Kings" or whatever. Their characters have changed too much to go back to the young punks bucking authority, pulling pranks and being jackasses. That was their springboard into the big time (well, Trips' and the NAO at least. HBK was already a household name by that point). It's over. Let it rest. The occasional reteaming of HBK and Trips for a "reunion" is fine, but not anything permanent. It would be a step backwards, IMO. Plus, putting anyone new into it and making it a "new DX" just wouldn't be doing that part of WWE's history justice.
