He was a multi-time World Champion for the NWA and WCW … A household name around the world … And a major catalyst for the wrestling boom of the 1990’s, Sting is one of the greatest wrestlers in history to never work for Vince McMahon.

Sting is a fourteen-time World Champion, having held the NWA World Heavyweight Championship twice, the WCW World Heavyweight Championship six times, the WCW International World Heavyweight Championship twice and the TNA World Heavyweight Championship four times. He is a WCW Triple Crown winner, has held 21 total championships between WCW and TNA, and is the only man to hold the NWA, WCW, and TNA World Titles in his career. Sting was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2012.
