I got called into work but I don't have to go in until 9 so I can post for about 4 more hours.

I don't think people not in the game can take over.

I'm not sure, but I really can't imagine anyone asking to be in an alliance with him, though he probably would be loyal.

Depending on traffic, I won't be home until about 7 PM (EST) at the earliest. So unless I'm home ill probably be useless in a challenge today from my phone.
