Superstars You Just Can't Stand

I know these are all opinions and all but c'mon, these lists are horrible. You guys hate The Rock, Triple H, Sheamus, Orton, Dolph Ziggler. I just don't understand the hate for some of these people, and yet, you all love an idiot like Zack Ryder.

Anyway.. wrestlers I can't stand

Eric Young - Can't stand his voice, he's not funny at all and the whole locking up with non wrestlers thing is stupid

The Miz - Have no idea why anyone likes him, he's annoying. He's boring on the mic and very boring in the ring.

Zack Ryder - Same with Miz, can't figure out why anyone likes him. I liked him when he was in a tag team with Curt Hawkins, after all I'm a huge tag fan, but once he started the Jersey Shore gimmick, he just got annoying. And seriously, what is "woo woo woo, you know it?" Like someone else said, what are we supposed to be "knowing?" I just don't get it.

Rey Mysterio - To me, he hasn't been good or interesting since his time in WCW. Everything about him is boring and annoying. I wish he'd retire already.

Albert Del Rio - He's just boring. Can't stand it when he comes out to cut a promo. The only good thing about him is Ricardo, that guy can be a star. :)

and how can anyone hate on the divas, especially Eve. She's one of the hottest chicks in WWE. The divas are all hot, well except Tamina. I don't find any one of them annoying. Yes, i even like watching Kelly Kelly and not because of wrestling skill, just because I like watching her boobs bounce around the ring and her ass. :)

I agree. I'm not sure what the IWC's obsession with this guy is all about. He looks like a complete idiot. I realize that's his gimmick but honestly, there are better ways to pull off the dooshbag gimmick than that. I also don't understand what I'm supposed to "know" with regard to Ryder's catchphrase.

For me is Vicky Guerrero, ok, she can draw atention, but to me she's only there because of Eddie Guerrero, also Kevin Nash, talk about a guy who think that the wrestling business owes him, he's not even talented anymore, that's why he goes promotion after promotion, because he can't last long in one, i also can't stand Ric Flair, just because he does not want to retire does not mean he has the right to take other people's spot on tv, that's his problem, and the Rock, talk about someone else who thinks that the wrestling business owes him,in my opinion, he's anoying..........

Back in the late-80's, I grew to absolutely despise Hulk Hogan. All of his matches were the same - get the crap kicked out of him, take opponent's finisher, kick out, hulk up, a few punches, big boot, legdrop, pin, pose ad nauseum. And since he almost always won, it got to be very annoying.

During the Attitude Era, there were very few people I hated, but the one I hated the most was Miss Kitty. Even though she was hot, she couldn't wrestle to save her life yet she almost always won. She was the blueprint of what the Divas division became (the attitude of who cares if she sucks in the ring - SHE'S HOT!!!!). Finding out later that she only got hired because she was Jerry Lawler's girlfriend just made me hate her even more.

Nowadays, the one superstar I can't stand and wish would go away once and for all is Hornswoggle. Whoever decided it was a great idea to have him be Vince's illegitimate son should be executed. I fail to see his appeal - he's annoying and his suddenly newfound ability to talk instead of grunt hasn't raised his stock with me. The only segments I've liked him in are the ones where he gets beat up - especially when Triple H pedigreed him on Raw two years ago.

Justin Gabriel - So very, very stale. Has one good finisher and the rest is your average cruiserweight's moveset. He only makes it on to SmackDown because of his looks.

Ezekial Jackson - Worst powerhouse ever, except perhaps Great Khali. His mic skills are so fucking bad and he has no charisma whatsoever.

Mason Ryan - The fact WWE were actually thinking of pushing him is a joke. He can't talk, has a good physique but after that looks like a poor man's Batista. And he can't get over as a face.

Darren Young - Everytime I see him, I switch off.

Jindher Mahal: I cannot stand watching this guy with his boring bland gimmick, zero crowd reaction. When there are other guys on the SD roster who have worked harder and longer and are more talented, making them more deserving of some more TV time. Its nothing personal against the guy.

Del Rio: As above.

Triple H

Let me just say that my favorite wrestler of all time is Shawn Michaels, i dont need to list why, his greatness is well documented. And i personally believe that Nash and Hall played a massive part in WCW rise (and most likely fall), thus i am not a Cliq "hater", i am not some Bret fanboy who is still pissed about Montreal screwjob etc.

But Hunter, as a character and as a human being comes across as the biggest douchebag this industry has ever seen. He did things back in the 90's that would get wrestlers today fired, we have seen people in dog houses today for leaning on Booker Ts jacket, Twitter and other pointless BS.

On the mic he is horrid, considering the amount of years he has been in the bussiness, and take all the mic time he has had on RAW and Smackdown, combine them and i am willing to bet that nobody has ever talked as much as him for WWWF/WWF/WWE history, yet he is still boring to listen to, and oodly enough he was only good as the jokester in original DX with HBK.

His Reign of Terror in 2003 is well documented, as a champion he always tanked and people never really connected with his character.

He is condescending, makes jokes about other wrestlers all the time, referes to a female announcer as a "horse mouth" yet still appears in those Be A Star promos, anti bullying, yet he is the biggest bully ive seen on TV.

As for the "backstage powarz!", i believe that if you are a megastar like Hogan, Austin, Rock you do deserve some kind of say in how you are used, i believe that if you are that big you should step in and speak out if something is being done badly, to protect yourself. But Hunter is not that kind of star or draw, yet he has affected so many people with his antics, so many wrestlers could have been big yet were spoon fed to Hunter in a vain way to make him a big star.

He simply isent, he is manufactored and has been protected since 1999.

Alberto Del Rio - Yawn. This guy is boredom personified.

Jinder Mahal - Don't get why this guy gets on Raw and Smackdown every week over guys like Drew McIntyre. Uninteresting, bad gimmick, average wrestler and nothing interesting about him at ALL.

The Miz - Still don't get why people go head over heels about his supposed "Mic Skills". Very boring and bland on the mic and look like he belong in high school instead of a wrestling ring. John Morrison was the star of their team.

Alicia Fox - Why is this untalented botch machine picking up victories over Beth and Natalya again?

and the guy I can't stand most is...

HORNSWOGGLE - A joke, useless and destroying everything he comes in contact with. Low ratings? Because people don't want their friends to see them watching a troll like him and getting embarrassed. New superstars no credibility? What credibility would the roster have if half of them got eliminated by him in the royal rumble and then losing to him in a battle royal? Also ruined the Cruiserweight Championship forever and DX's credibility with their last run. I could go on...

Alberto Del Rio - It's not that I don't like his in ring ability. But he is so boring. Destiny this, destiny that. Just shut up already.

Jack Swagger - I see him as a modern day and suckish Kurt Angle. I never really liked Angle and I like Jack even less.

Jinder Mahal - I liked him when he was bossing around The Great Khali. But after that he went downhill.

Booker T - Come on. He is so annoying when he is commentating. He either needs to go back to wrestling or retire for good.

The Big Show - Please stop that happy-go-lucky jumping up and down like a rabbit down the isle. You are a 500 pound giant, not a 150 pound high-flying Evan Bourne for crying out loud. And what's up with that bathing-cap?

Mr. Anderson - Congratulations! You successfully killed what could have been one of the freshest gimmicks in a long time by inserting "Im an a..hole" into every sentence. Did you at any time wonder if you might were overdoing it a bit?

Ted Dibiase - Please retire.

I can't Stand Daniel Bryan because, Daniel Bryan doesn't seem like a man for the World Heavyweight. Common, Big show worked for this really hard, took him 9 years. For Daniel Bryan, It only took, 1 year? He should be at the U.S.A./Intercontinental Standard.

Santino Marrella- The guy is absolutely annoying. The comedy skits are not funny. And the "Cobra" is a stupid and insulting finish.

David Otunga- He is boring!

Michael Cole- Although not technically a Superstar is without a doubt overexposed by being on two shows as commentator and hes not even cleaver.

Sinn Cara- When he's not injuring himself he could get somebody else hurt with all of his botched spots.

Aksana- Sorry she's pointless unless she's getting in the ring. The whole naughty girl thing messing with the GM has been played out.

Mason Ryan- He isn't even a good Batista clone.

Hornswoggle- Really!?! I have nothing nice to say that wouldn't end up getting me banned.

Finally...Booker T- I loved this guy back in the day, but he is played out. His ring skills are predictable and plain. He's at best good for an occasional chuckle at commentator, but his time has passed.

I don't think anyone bothers me as much as Michael Cole does. Absolutely terrible on commentary, doesn't bring any real emotion or drive to any match he calls. Everyone remembers JR's emotion (BAH GAWD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD! STONE COLD!), but what do people remember about Michael Cole other than his annoying voice? "May I have your attention please?" NO. He would be far better off as a heel manager. In fact, when Brock Lesnar comes in the story could be that he was hired by Michael Cole as "protection" against someone out to get him.

As for a new announcer, I'm sure there's someone else with plenty more talent than Cole will ever have out there somewhere. They could even do a bit where they bring in a guest commentator (instead of a guest host) every other week or so who could really mix it up with Lawler and whoever takes Cole's place.

Monday nights would be so much better without his terrible jokes and voice.

Right, I reckon there are two categories when thining about Superstars I cant stand and they are:

1) Superstars I cant stand and fast forward on my sky box
2) Superstars I cant stand but still have to watch

So, lets go with category (1)

Superstars I cant stand and fast forward on my sky box

Alberto Del Rio Just plain dull...even Punk struggles to make Del Rio interesting and his valet pulled out the most impressive move of his match at TLC by taking a bump off the ladder through a table outside the ring.

Hornswaggle I felt completely embarrassed for Sheamus last week when he had to do a Royal Rumble promo with Hornswaggle in the ring, painful to watch.

Daniel Bryan How bad is it that I actually fast forward the World Heavyweight Champ, mostly due to his complete inability to look credible as a champion.

OK, now category (2) Superstars I cant stand but still have to watch

Drew McIntyre Great intro music, great intro video thingy...rubbish character...erm, no character...yet has something enough that means he could just make it...but learn not to be so flippin wooden and stop pulling faces like a four year old who has had his toys taken away! Also lost to Santino Marello at the live RAW show I went to in Nottingham...boy that was embarrassing, still the kids liked it I suppose.

The Miz For someone with limited assets and a very annoying character, he does make me watch, there is an edge to him that is entertaining and he can be funny on mic when he isnt regurgetating old stuff.

The Rock Still wrestles the same match he did years ago...people claim Cena has five moves...The Rock has about six....he hasnt reinvented himself since coming back, still doing the same old same old name calling and catch phrases...it's like watching Hogan all over again...yet...I'll still be interested in his next match...I'll just be sat there with my stomach churning.

Cena Cant stand the 'super' Cena thing, but like the fact he causes so much division amongst the fans and still waiting for the match where he gets his you know what whooped...well...it may happen! :)

Jerry Lawler - Totally awful as a face colour commentator. It just seems like his heart isn't in it any more, he shows no passion whatsoever!

Santino Marella - Can't stand him at all, I know he's over and all but we know that he is going to get destroyed every time he's in the ring, unless it's against another jobber, or Drew McIntyre, which is an absolute shame.

Alberto Del Rio - I like him in the ring but can't stand his gimmick or his promos. He needs to be more of a bad ass, someone who talks less and does more to win e.g. blatant cheating, use of weapons, hire an enforcer. Not a threat any more now that every main event face has beaten him cleanly.

Zack Ryder - Just go away. Has a lame gimmick that will become stale very quickly. I hope he reinvents himself as he has a lot of potential on the mic and should get better in the ring.

Alicia Fox/Kelly Kelly/Rosa Mendes/Bella Twins - all too awful in the ring for my liking.

Alberto Del Rio: Last year when he won the Royal Rumble, I was a fan of the guy, but as 2011 progressed, I quickly realized he was just saying the same old crap night in and night out. "It's my DESTINY!", "My name is ALBERTOOOO DEL RIOOOO! But you already knew that!". He makes me cringe everytime I hear him speak and/or everytime he gets in the ring.

Alicia Fox: Good LORD, I hate her current Face character! Out of all the divas, she is the one I can't stand the most. She's been botching her moves ever since she debuted in WWE. Plus, her Face character right now is just so annoying (via mic work), to the point where it feels like a force from her.

Brodus Clay: The fact that he's already so overhyped from his halted debut makes him a superstar I can't stand. When he was Del Rio's bodyguard earlier this year, I was a bit impressed by his ring-work and he reminded me of a modern day Vader. However, I'm not a fan of WWE trying to repackage and re-debut him and then holding it off does not bode well for him.

Drew McIntyre: He just seems like a waste of roster space, to be perfectly honest. I don't know if it's due to his lack of TV exposure, but I just see nothing that stands out about his character.

David Otunga: The only reason I can't stand Otunga is because of the way his current character is. He's booked so damn wimpy right now! Mostly due to him being Lauranitis' lackey/lawyer right now. He's just more of a nuisance right now more than anything. I'd rather have him revert to his NXT character, but with more depth.

And the final superstar on the roster I can't stand....:drummer:

John Cena.

I'll try to go past the most stated reasons about why he's stale that most people typically state. During the last half of 2011, going into 2012, John Cena has now tried to FORCE people to cheer him with "name drops" (ex. the Eddie Guerrero reference in Chicago), "cheap pops" (his own version of the famous "Mick Foley hometown reference pop") and still trying to deliver this wholesome, goody two-shoes character. It seems like no matter who he's paired with (Punk, Rock or Kane), Cena still finds a way to make it corny and almost negating the serious point/issue his opponent is trying to make. Things like that make it hard to believe that anyone can actually attack Cena verbally and make it stick.

Del Rio - He is extremely boring on the mic and his matches are always the exact same as each other. I always fast forward through his stuff when i watch it.

CM Punk - I was never really a fan of his. I like his mic work and his in ring work is good aswell. I just never liked the fact he said he was leaving because he wasn't getting what he wanted, then when he got what he wanted he stayed. He is a great talent, i just think he's very selfish and don't like him as a face.

I honestly cannot stand Bret Hart.
By me he has a mouth on him as far as shoots go and seems to think he's some kind of megastar and that the real megastars like Flair and Hogan are more overrated than he is. He never has a nice thing to say about anyone who wasn't his best friend. His promo's sucked his matches sucked and his bullshit catchphrase about being the best there i.... you all know how it went was the most annoying and weakest thing to say anyone could've come up with so it makes you think it was probably his idea.
His stint in wcw was a complete waste of time and even more money and all he did was fuck up and interfere in a brilliant story line between Sting and Hogan and then he had the balls to blame goldberg for something that was completely his own fault.
I've said it before but it deserves to be said again - I wouldn't piss on Bret Hart if he was on fire.

Great Khali - Awful awful wrestler, only on the roster because he appeals to fans in Asia. He has the charisma of a garden rake

Rey Mysterio - I blame WWE for this one. The ultimate underdog my ass, he rarely loses. He's done the same thing for a decade now and its too boring to bare. I can't ever recall him being a heel. Do something different with him WWE.

Sin Cara - Possibly the biggest flop in WWE history. Had the big build up with all those promos declaring him a Mexican sensation then he arrives and proceeds to botch 50% of his moves. Huge let down.

Heath Slater - Needs a gimmick change desperately, i cringe everytime he speaks. His in ring skills are respectable though to be fair

Hornswaggle - OK this is an obvious one and you can't really classify him as a wrestler, but why the hell is he in the company. All he does is steal air time from superstars who could actually benefit from it. He buries people as well e.g Chavo Guerrero. Total waste of space.

These are just the ones I can't stand in 2011.

Alberto Del Rio -
I'm really starting to hate Del Rio. I mean,I liked him at first, but then it started getting so repetitive. From his debut up til the last promo he did before he got injured,it's all been the same. Destiny talk.Throw in some Mexican to get some cheap heat.Talk about how his opponent will be beaten because he is Albertoooooo Del Rioooooooooo! First I shrugged it off because he was a good wrestler and had a nice entrance (the music, the car,the general arrogance of it was great),but then it got to the point where I just tuned out when he starts talking.I can only deal with the same promo *this* many times, and especially not for a year and a half. I have a hunch that if I took 2 Del Rio promos from any point of his career and played them simultaneously, they would harmonize.

Triple H -
I should clear this up. I love Triple H,but he had no right beating CM Punk at Night of Champions, and he especially had no right to make them drive Undertaker out of the arena on a stretcher at WrestleMania. Both matches were great, the Taker match was truly awesome, but why does he have to be the one walking out with the final victory? It's total horseshit. Triple H should have lost 2 out of the 3 matches he had in 2011.

The Rock -
Ooh,The Rock's back. Let's kiss his ass and have his way at every turn. Cena couldn't even lay a finger on The Rock in 2011,yet Dwayne's kicking Cena's ass at every opportunity, and Cena's not even allowed to be mad? Fuck the WWE,fuck creative, fuck The Rock.

Honourable mention: The Bella Twins. If they're not wearing butt crack revealing outfits like last week, then I'm not interested. Stop putting them in a segment on every Raw.

Hmm, what wrestlers do I hate? There are so many of them.

John Cena: First, he thought he was a rapper, then he thought he was a Marine, and now he thinks he's superman. I respect the man outside of WWE; heck, he's probably done more charity work than I will in my entire life, but it doesn't change the fact that he sucks... Buried the Nexus singlehandedly, instead of letting these young guys shine. Knows 7 moves at the highest, and I'm still debating whether or not a 'flying shoulder block' counts as a 'move.' His attempts at comedy fall flatter than Alicia Fox's chest, and needs to get off my TV screen until wrestlemania, where I hope Rocky DESTROYS Him. Not to mention that He told The Rock to blow him. Gaaaayyyyyyyyyy. (not that there's anything wrong with that.)

Alberto Del Stupido: He's got talent in the ring for sure. But he can't cut a decent promo to save his life. Fatass Ricardo Rodriguez has more personality than this Motherfucker. "My name...is Alberto Del Rio; but you already know that." Actually I didn't, because you have no presence. He's the poor man's mexican JBL. Which is utterly sad because JBL sucked ass.

Daniel Bryan Danielson: This guy... He looks like a moron, acts like a moron and talks like a moron. Take your vitiligoed ass somewhere else please, because it's not wanted on WWE television. His WHC win was stupid, his championship celebration is stupid, and if he thinks he's going into WM as the champ he's stupid. I'd love to see this guy get WMD'd repeatedly by Show.

The Miz: "I'm the miz...and I'm... A JACKASS!" No charisma, horrible mic skills and the personality of a 12 year old. He fucking acts like my kid brother. And this guy was WWE champion? Really? Really?...Really? Really?Really? REALLY? Really?
See how that gets old REALLY fast? Get off my TV douchebag.

Johnny fucking Ace: I might give this guy a pass. After all, your voice would sound like that too if you were sucking VKM's dick 24/7 too, right?

Kevin Nash: Besides the fact that his old ass thinks he can get back into the ring at 52, the guy does not want to take a bump! Probably because he'll break something. And he still thinks he's in his twenties, constantly referring to himself as 'big daddy cool'. More like big daddy tool.
Seriously, go look at the trailer for his movie, "Almighty Thor" and tell me this guy has any talent whatsoever.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXsLsQIpT38

Michael Asscole: This disgusting excuse for a commentator annoys me more than I can bear. The guy destroys talent completely, and hurts the company more than any single person I can think of. Constantly telling the audience that the show they're watching blows almost as he does does not help your viewership. He needs to go.

Booker T: Now, I like the guy, I really do. Problem is, he's not an announcer. He sounds like a mentally disabled sasquatch trying to form verbs. "That right thurrr.... Dat's my boi, Sin Caro--I mean, Sin Cara. Oh hell, look at heeem go for dat legsweep (does not do a legsweep), I--I mean armbar...Oh snap! He goin' inta my fave five fo sho wit dat one, cole." Someone please give him some speech therapy classes. Him and Jack SHP-ragger.

Kofi Kingston. He's decent enough in the ring, but I just think he wrestles a bit too soft. Not crisp enough for me on a regular basis. And for the love of God, the guy needs to develop his chest. Do a push-up.

Hunico. It's not even Hunico, so much, as it's just over. If you're Mexican, do you have to be a cholo or a masked superhero? Is that it? You can't just be a dude? Is that all you have as options on career day in High School?

As of now, that's about it. Everyone else, I can more or less tolerate.

I know traditionally some hate heels, but these are the ones that annoy me to no end:

The Miz: He is so full of himself. His promos anymore are predictable, whiny, etc. Nothing to back up his oversized mouth.

Alberto Del Rio: I have never liked him. From his entrance to his gimmick itself, it's just plain annoying. I always felt he's trying to be a cross between Eddie Guerrero & JBL due to his theme & iffiness.

John L: IMO, he doesn't deliver very well as a heel IGM. It's just weak in deliverance of promos & everything else.

Michael Cole: His voice alone annoys me.

Daniel Bryan: I know a lot of people like him, but I just never really did. He's irritating as a face, & I dunno how he'd be as a full-fledged heel.

Top five people I can't stand
5. Dolph Zig- Very Overrated. He can wrestle but that's it. Without his hair and Vickie he would just be another good wrestler in the WWE. His promos are not that good and he really does not make me watch. I think he will be a world champ one day but all this talk about being the future is jus dumb.

4. Zack Ryder- All I ever wanted for this guy was to be on TV but this has gone too far. He will be stale very soon. He is just different. Notice I did not say entertaining. He is not funny, he does not have good promos he is just different and now I already want him back off my tv.

3. Jinder Mahal- I am not joking when I say this but I sometimes turn off smackdown for the night because of him. Just too boring.

2. Del Rio- Everyone one here who said him said the things I was going to say so no need to talk about that.

1. CM PUNK- This guy was one of my favs from 06 to 10 but after Money in the bank I started to get bored with everything about him. His promos are stupid now. All he does is bring up stuff to make the IWC happy. He does not say anything that make the storylines he's in fun to watch. I think he thinks he is better than he really is and it really bugs me. To be honest I just don't watch his parts of the show either.

Congratulations! You got worked! Who says marks don't exist anymore, eh?

And that goes for anyone who criticises Daniel Bryan for being an unconvincing world champion. Not only is that the point of his reign, the way he's been booked is the fault of WWE and not the man himself.

Anyway, I'll go with Ezekiel Jackson. He is of absolutely no use. People who call Daniel Bryan "vanilla" have clearly never seen this man. Normally, I would excuse someone lacking in personality if they have charisma or an energy about them (see Mason Ryan), but Ezekiel Jackson has none of that. Then there's the way he works between the ropes: it's just awful. I'm not just saying that because he's a big man - even as a big man he works poorly. Really, when the most impressive thing about a wrestler is their trapezius muscle, you know that they're probably not that good.
