Didn't know that was the title. Strange, because it really had nothing to do with Ebola at all. Seemed to be just about delusional side effects & how fickle people\the government has been in the past when it comes to what is or isnt good for you. Unless I missed something in the episode.

The episode was mocking the Ebola panic going on right now.

Yeah, that was a good one. What I'm loving the most is the constant call backs to recent episodes. Randy continues to be the funniest character in the show when it isn't a Cartman episode.

This season has been very good so far. That final scene with Stan hitting his head off the table got me. Randy Marsh is simply the best.
