SmackDown Vs Raw Will Be Different

With the roster changes that have happened lately, mainly Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Batista, Michelle McCool, MVP and Edge all gone, what will WWE's franchise video game SmackDown Vs. Raw look like now? Will these alumni be added as unlockables or just be scrapped all together from the game? Also, what new and exciting Superstars and Divas should be added that debuted recently or have not made it to the game yet?

For me, I hope they keep Jericho, Batista, Shawn and Edge in the game as possible unlockables with The Rock, Stone Cold and Trish Stratus. Heck throw in Bill DeMott since he's on Tough Enough.

I think Sin Cara, Wade Barrett, and Kharma should all be in the game as well as the returning Booker T and Diesel.

Shawn Michaels was included in the last SvR and he retired the day after WM26. Edge retired weeks after WM27, so he'll be included in the game. Chris Jericho will probably return before July so they'll include him also. I'm sure most of the same legends will remain, along with the unlockables. Not Booker T or Diesel, only Booker as a commentator. Neither will DeMott be in the game because he's not on any WWE roster and hasn't been in the WWE for....ever. Shawn will probably be an unlockable because he's made a few appearances, and as long as they have Mason Ryan, then I don't need Batista.

Also, the training arena on the menu screen in SvR2011 will probably be the Tough Enough center or something, that'd be cool.

Any superstar that has made it past Wrestlemania that has been in a previous game gets included in the Main Roster. That is just the way it works because they make the new game so far in advance. I'll address Michaels however in that this year he will most likely be included as a legend considering he has been retired for quite some time. MVP will most likely not make the game and everyone else will make it. Also Jericho is still employed with the WWE and will be on the main roster.

I hope that they dont include any of Superstars such as Jericho or Edge, I want them to make the roster as real and up to date as possible. But maybe HBK, Rock, Booker T, Diesel etc as unlockable characters.

But.. last year they still included some released talent as 'free agents', namely Mike Knox, Shelton Benjamin, Mickie James, Luke Gallows amoungst others. That was surprising as Curt Hawkins, Trent Baretta were still signed and didnt make the roster

they can fit 1000 + peaple on the roster if they chose phisics take most of the room but THQs not that good at making games & decides cheaper development is more mony in the dnd so i,ll go with the guys i want most

well those are the peaple i hope they have in the svr12 Roster i think Sin Cara will be same on Kharma but they might decide to hold some back & set it as DLC THQs greedy wich is why i rarly buy SVR games

Trent Baretta and Croft were actually in the commericals hyping the video game they were shaking the ladder with Orton and Rey was attacking Trent and the game even turned into the game verison showing a CAW verison of Trent...a bit of a rip off for a commerical hyping the game. Anyone watching the commerical would think....everyone I see in this commerical should be in that game.

Anyway, Edge is still on TV he isnt gone yet. Its not like THQ/Yukes got a message 5 seconds after Edge retired to take him out of the game. No. Edge is still active and will probably still be around the WWE a good while and even if hes not. He will be in SVR12 no question.

I can't believe you put MVP there...but I guess thats a personal preference. Batista I personally believe has a decent chance because I place him with Jericho. These two are just right there on the as part of the WWE Universe and money makers.

They arent going to forget HBK, and The Rock and Austin are almost ALWAYS Legends and this year The Rock and Austin has been waaaaaaaaay too involved with the WWE to not be part of the game on the active roster. The Rock has a little match coming up as you may know. The WWE wont forget this.

Here is another thing, a lot of "insiders" and so called "hardcore gamers" will claim they know about dealines or the lack of a deadline when it comes to this game but I mean you can look at the facts each year and see the obvious.

Take a look at one example and this is all you gotta know. CM Punk was Masked DLC this year right? Read the following from OWW

"May 28, 2010--SmackDown!: C.M. Punk (w/the Straight Edge Society) pulled off his towel to reveal that he now wears a mask!"

One of the THQ Reps claim that they choose Justin, David and Wade because they were the FINAL Three of the original NXT when did that end? Well, the finale was June 1st but we broke it down on May 25th.

What does this tell me? What do I think it means? I think it means DLC is choosen at the end May.

What is my point? Well, just expect anyone and everyone possible up until May if they dont make the main roster they should be DLC and this year both ALL Stars and WWE SVR11 had TEN DLC Characters after it was all said and done.

But Smackdown Vs. RAW may not even be called that this year. A lot of changes are taking place and being put into motion this year.

Like someone said Stone Cold and The Rock are doing too much with WWE this year to be let out of the game. Also Trish and Booker with being on Tough Enough might (I am hopeing) will be put into the unlockables and maybe even involed into the RTWM or whatever story line mode they have. Then Nash put up on his twitter I beleave a few days after coming back at the Royal Rumble that he was going to THQ to get scaned or something so he will proable be in the game in some way.

Then with they coming out with the All Stars game they may take a look at who are some of the most popular charecters on there and throw them into the Smackdown vs Raw game.

Batista may be in it, seeing that he just announced his MMA deal feel through he may be back to WWE at some point. Then Jericho said he would be back in WWE at some point after DWTS so he will most likly be in the game. As for Edge he proablly is seeing that he is still around and they have been working on the game for months now.

As for Kong or Kharma she should be in the game. I think on the divas note they should put more unlockable divas into the game. The Divas roster usally is weak. As I said above Trish should be unlockable. Then this year they put Layla on the DLC list. Pretty stupid seeing that LayCool were together for a couple years and Layla has been with WWE for a while. Then before Victoria left, the last 2 or 3 years they left her out of the game.

Seems like every year they keep saying that it's the biggest roster ever in the game. But every year there is a list of people they left out. Plus proablly a list of people you wonder why they were even put into the game if these people were left out.

As I beleave someone said earlier they can put a huge amount of wrestlers onto the PS 3 and XBox 360 versions of the game. They should work on getting everyone on the active roster at the time of release that they can. Hopefully more legends to unlock. Plus more options for enterances for superstars/teams. Then with the online stuff they have put up with the PS3 and Xbox 360 where you can download other players creations I hope they make more room for downloads. On the last note, I hope they work on the charecter models more. Some of the wrestler look about perfect and others look a bit off.
