The guy wearing tight jeans that has little star tattoos and a tattoo around his belly button comes to ring ring asking where the real men are. :lmao:

If WWE were to reconfigure their announce team, I wouldn't mind seeing JBL and ADR form some sort of an alliance.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that Bradshaw was fed that line about Christian's face.

I never really realized there was such a weight difference between the Usos. They're roughly 20 lbs apart though.

Jimmy can fly pretty well for a 250 lbs guy.

We’re getting closer and closer to Wrestlemania with the main story coming out of Monday being the lack of CM Punk. While there’s still a chance of a surprise return, it’s not looking likely that he’s going to come back anytime soon. Other than that we’re still waiting to find out what Daniel Bryan is going to be doing at the biggest show of the year. Let’s get to it.

The Boring Exit On The Road To Wrestlemania

The major matches are now set for Wrestlemania and all we have left is to fill in the roster for the battle royal and get the midcard taken care of. Aside from all of the big stuff from Raw, the other top story we might get some more on tonight is Shield having some issues with Kane, which might lead to Kane embracing his hate and dropping the corporate character. Let’s get to it.

HHH is back to being full evil as we only have five shows left before Wrestlemania. Other than that we’re looking at another story building show tonight with Kane talking about replacing Shield, the battle royal needing more names and Bray Wyatt being creepy and getting in Cena’s head. Speaking of Cena, he’s facing Luke Harper tonight. Let’s get to it.

Shield For Good

What a great way to hype up a battle royal. Have everyone effortlessly get tossed over the top rope within just a couple minutes.

Reigns and Kane fight up the ramp until the New Age Outlaws show up to help Kane. Ryback, Axel and the Real Americans lay out Rollins and Ambrose as Reigns is triple teamed. Kane chokeslams the other members of Shield as well as the beatdown goes on for awhile. It looks like Shield vs. Kane/Outlaws at Wrestlemania which doesn’t do much for me. I can’t buy the Outlaws as a real threat to Shield no matter how they spin it.

Because a tag team that's won the World Tag team titles a total of 6 times doesn't seem like a threat in a TAG TEAM situation... Yeah... that's logical thinking there.

Yeah actually it is if you actually think.

The Outlaws are known for getting by with cheating, not physical work. They're a combined 94 years old and are going up against the most dominant three man team in WWE history. They've had about 10 matches as a team in 13 years, but I'm supposed to buy them as a threat to the Shield. Or as anything more than a nostalgia run. Yeah I'm having issues with that.

So you're saying that if Mike Tyson came back into boxing, had a few matches to knock off the ring rust, and won a couple of titles that he wouldn't be at least a threat to Mayweather? Or if Michael Jordan came back, had a few games and started winning that he wouldn't be a threat to the Heat? Or if Bret Favre started being the old Bret Favre that he couldn't be a threat to whoever went up against him in a Super Bowl?

Not to mention, the fact that they're being paired with a 2 time former World champion, and a multiple time tag team champion in his own right.

Yes I would say that, because those are real sports and older guys rarely have long term success.

Good for them. I don't accept that the New Age Outlaws, a team with about ten matches together in WWE in ten years can hang with a team that regularly took out guys like Cena, Daniel Bryan and CM Punk over the last year.

It’s the last regular Smackdown before they head to the Crescent City. The main stories are all set at this point so this show is just going to be about firming up the plans for Wrestlemania. The only match announced for tonight is Big Show vs. Bray Wyatt which should be a good win for the monster. That would be the monster with hair in case that’s not clear. Let’s get to it.

This is one of those weird shows where everything is about hyping up Wrestlemania. There will be a lot of hype videos and stuff from Axxess plus a few matches taking place in the arena. This is going to be a shorter review than normal as it’s all about setting up Sunday rather than anything tonight. Let’s get to it.
