i joined May 2008, i have seen Sly he has helped me with technology, and we have talked about other stuff, the thing is read the rule book don't be a dick, and you won't get banned or sent to prison all the time i have been on WZ i have been banned, but i don't act like a dick, I've never been sent to prison so there has to be something i am doing right but you aren't

Sly does 99% of the technical stuff: moving forums around, fixing any issues we may have, hiding stuff, adjusting stuff in the Admin CP, all that jazz. I'm the on stage admin. I'm in charge of all competitions, tournaments, and being the face of the forums in a sense. We both do stuff in the other area, but those are our primary focuses.

Well he's very good at it and seems to like it. He walked me through building my own site and couldn't have been better at it. I'm nowhere near tech savy enough to use the full force of the admin CP so I only learned the basics. I like talking about wrestling and people seem to like my opinions, so it seems to make sense to have me run stuff like the WZ Tournament and the Ask KB thread and do my reviews and be the wrestling expert (not at all to say I know more than everyone because I very likely don't). The key thing is: I don't mind doing all this stuff and I'm willing to do it, so I seem to be a good choice for this.

Here's what I think based on having a BS in Psychology and currently working towards a Master's degree in it...


You have a dead-end day job if you're employed at all, you probably pump gas or work in retail or wait tables. You have no degree so you have no hope of moving up. You barely, if at all, make ends meet. You have no romantic relationship and no control over anything in your life.

When you go to work, all you do is follow orders, or you have no job at all because no one will hire you since you can't grasp the concept of basic rules.

So, at the end of the night, after having your ego broken during the day, you log onto this forum and decide to talk a big game to those in power because you can't do it for real in person. This is your way of feeling some modicum of value in an otherwise valueless life.

Chris Cash of the main page is their employee and is officially in charge of the place. In short, he's an idiot most of the time that won't listen to us and wants nothing to do with us, so Sly and I run the place however we like. Cash and IC actually spoke somewhat regularly but since then, we've been on our own.
