Training is rough. Two or three times a day. I'd go into detail if this computer displayed my text as fast as I typed it but it doesn't. Basically the morning is conditioning and/or strength and the nights are technique.

I have awesome jujitsu now and have always been a strong wrestler, but my boxing and muay thai need a lot of work.
