I never realized how difficult it would be. I have a sore shoulder, a crick in my neck and my back from the hard plastic, and what I believe what appears to be a small goose egg square in the middle of the back of my head.

I hear ya. I don't drink beer, makes me sick. No idea why, but I always make sure whoever's going on a run gets some beer alternatives. SoCo and Mike's Hard Lemonade's are my other favorites. But nothing top Bailey's Irish cream with a splash of whole milk. And of COURSE, served in an official Bailey's glass.
