I don't know. I think the air holes might ruin the structural integrity of the casket. Could be an issue with six feet of dirt sitting on top of you. Can't think of any other reason why that wouldn't work though. I'll get one of my engineering undergrad buddies to whip something up for you. I would guess this is the sort of problem they're trained to solve.
