Yeah I know you did and I'm still appreciative of it. Just annoyed me that it kept getting unstickied and called just another thread. Wasn't directed at you boss.

I know.

And besides, you've only posted in here maybe 150 times fewer than I have, and I'm the damn founder. What's that tell you?

That considering I'm not a fan of Santino's and came in here to bash this place and him, that either you don't come here often or I'm more in need of a life than I thought.

As for Mr. Carelli, I hated what he did on raw, which to be fair I would highly assume came from the higher ups. His promo made Sheamus look stupid, which is the last thign you want to do to him at the moment.

His promo reminded the fans that they LIKE Santino, and watching Sheamus decimate him reminded the fans that they DISLIKE Sheamus. It's how a heel gets heat - by beating up the popular fan-favorites. It's why Triple H broke Jim Ross's arm, it's why Edge attacked Kofi Kingston.

Sheamus doesn't need to look "smart." He needs to look big, strong, intimidating, and serious. It worked. And why? Because Santino was effective in connecting with the crowd in a positive way.

Yeah that's true but at the same time, he made it seem that Sheamus had no business being in the main event of a PPV.

I have to disagree, KB. I would agree with you if Santino even got a remotely decent shot in on Sheamus, but it was a total squash-domination. Sheamus didn't even let an official match begin. He slaughtered Santino right after Santino did his business on the mic that made him popular in the first place. Sheamus basically shit on Santino's persona.

So many memories here...

I may begin watching WWE again. I miss Santino.

What's going on with Raw, lately? Last thing WWE related I watched was... the Raw before Wrestlemania.

Ahh, the memories. The intercontinental title win in his debut. The Amy Winehouse cover: Condemned version. The flopping in the beer bath. The...unibrow? Eh, the good, the bad, we experienced them together, in the SFAC.
