I believe that General is a position that should be held by a veteran in the club, personally. I'd think that Shock would do well as VP of something, but I'm not sure he's ready to be General. I think it should stay vacant until TM returns. It's made for him.

We also have an empty position. VP of MMA. I think that Tim is the right man for that job. Also, why is PRH still treasurer? He never posts in here. And why is Jake still holding a position? I think we should demote some people and give our best members the positons.

Of course, it's not up to me, but to Brian and Showtime. Just some suggestions.
