Those coloured stars are really starting to stack up. They're taller and more athletic than the regular stars. If I were a regular star, I'd be worried, despite my plainly superior intellect.

At one point in Before Midnight, I found myself thinking, "Wow, there's so much truth in this." I then punched myself in the stomach and called myself a nerd. It really is a good movie though. Comfortably the best threequel of all-time, though I'm yet to see Red (the French film, not the shitty one with Bruce Willis) or The World's End.

It would definitely help but I don't think it's essential. It's more important to watch the first two before this one than it is this one after the first two.
