DKCR certainly has the advantage in terms of new material, doesn't it? That said, I never played The Lost Levels. I'd go with Donkey Kong, though remember that it's over £15 more expensive than All-Stars - on Amazon at least.

I have a £20 voucher for GAME left over for my birthday so paying £15 for it is pretty decent.

Lost levels is annoyingly hard!

Those two live together or something like that if I remember correctly. I bet they have a lot less fun than people think. When I meet fellow film fans, the conversation goes something like this:

"Have you seen _________?"
"No. Have you seen ________?"
"No."
"Oh."
"Oh."

I do suppose a director with a filmography of three films - two thirds of which are pretty good - would be pretty easy to write about.

I walked two miles through the snow to get a copy of Empire. Brought it home and haven't read any of it yet. I got the cover with Jeff Bridges on it, fucking obviously. I'd have rather had a True Grit cover but Tron Legacy'll do. I hear Legacy's so good that Disney are trying to keep evidence of the complete wank original under wraps for the time being.

Hey Sam, did you ever play Donkey Kong Country for the Game Boy Color? If so, was it pretty similar to DKC on Super Nintendo?

I never played the GB version, no. My advice is just for everyone to buy a SNES. I'd buy a N64 too, but neither Goldeneye or Super Mario 64 have aged well. Never was much of a Zelda fan either - besides the good but somewhat tiresome DS iterations.

Already got a 64 and I still play both Mario 64 (can beat the game in a little more than an hour) and Goldeneye on a regular basis. Unfortunately I can't find any stores that sell used super nintendo's where I live.

Mario Golf 64 is probably the game I play the most...

I would sell you a used one. I got two of them in boxes out in storage. Along with an old ps1, dreamcast, xbox. God lol I need to take some stuff into a pawn shop.
