Hi, I'm really sorry, I've just been preparing your shoes for delivery when I noticed a significant fault. The shoes weren't fit to wear so I've given you a full refund.
Sorry for the inconvenience, Jake.
what you are saying is you wish to get out of this sale! When I bought you still had 3 pairs so a further 2 sold behind me had faults!! I don't think so, I will have no option but to open a case prior to leaving negative comments....
Hi, i'm sorry that you are not happy about this, but i feel that opening a case and leaving negative feedback would be unfair as we have appologised for the inconvenience and given you a full refund. When I checked the boots to dispatch them yesterday they looked as if they had been damp and were starting to go mouldy as did the other pairs so I can only assume that the box they were all in has been wet before we received them. I pride myself on selling good quality products and giving customer service and felt that it would not have been acceptable to send out these boots. Hope this explains why I didn't send them to you, as I feel you would have been more unhappy with the condition of the boots than the refunded sale.
Regards, Jake.
I am sorry however when I purchased them you had more listed, what happend to those othersthen?? (still for sale after the pair I purchase4d) Sounds more like an excuse. You have advertised a product you cannot supply this is against the rules concerned for eBay. Your e-mail does not even look at the facts. No wonder you feedback was so quick & your refund!! I did not ask for a refund due to your error & not mine. I will await your final responce before opening a case etc. Tony ((*_*))
Hi, I always give feedback as soon as we recieve payment, that's been the case since I started operating. The other boots were damp, along with a couple of other styles, they are all stored in the same place. I noticed after I tried to arrange your shoes for postage. I'm not entirely sure why I would try to get out of a sale, the purpose of listing the shoes is to sell them, which we did. I'm afraid it makes perfect sense to refund you as we didn't have a replacement pair. Would you have prefered it if we'd retained your money?

Well Jake, I'd explain to him the situation in terms that are so plain that it's condescending. Perhaps create a little flow chart to accompany it.
How about this?
Aw man, you got me. You were totally right. Mere moments after I sold the shoes to you, I realised just how in love with them I was. I couldn't bare to part with them; such was my desire for them. Thinking on my feet, I fabricated an elaborate story about the shoes turning mouldy and - rather dastardly - gave you a full refund. Can you forgive my super-villain like evil and not involve the authorities?
I guess you wanted the other shoes too?
Anyway, I assume you all have a man crush on Jason Statham, and therefore saw Crank 2. That said, how bullshit is it that I can't get those shoes that Statham was wearing?
Amusing, you've still lost it though.
£5.15 including postage. Sounds a lot bigger when they describe it as 12 by 8 inches.
Edit: Yeah, I know it doesn't. Was going by the picture alone.
Why Jake? Why? Sick Boy's universal theory of life doesn't have to be true. We can break the cycle.
It wouldn't be as much of an issue if you were smaller.
Face it Sam, we're has beens. We're still better than averybody else, mostly because of how low the standards are, but we're shit. There's no change coming. The cycle has been set, like limb joints that no longer work.
