I like you Armbar, but how the fuck can you side with Sly on that argument? Ricky and myself never said that Kanyon wasn't responsible for his own death, not once. We simply tried to explain why we and others might feel empathy to his struggle and be saddened by his death, which apparently makes us fools to Sly. Do you think I'm a fool for being empathetic?

The fact that there was a massive argument over this issue is a failure alone. It's FEELINGS. Sly feels that they deserve no sympathy because of the way he died, and Xfear and Ricky feel that empathy should be expressed no matter the situation. And yes, this is the first time I've seen Sly lose an argument so clearly. Well, the second. Remember the debate on Vader v/s Luger in the WZ Tournament last year? Yea, he lost that.

It's hard because I agree with both sides honestly. I would never in a million years try to argue whether or not somebody should want to or even have the right to mourn in their own way. I never once said you guys shouldn't mourn, who the fuck am I to tell you that? I just believe that ultimately bad decision were made by him regardless of influence. Those things are his fault to me. I completely understand what mental illness is and how terrible and life altering it can be, but my own personal experience (and I have a shitload of sob stories on the subject) have taught me that it's up to a persons own judgement to make decisions in the end. I definitely hear what you and Ricky were saying, honestly I don't think you, Ricky and Sly were even aruing about the same things really.
Edit: Lariat said much more smoothly what I was trying to say, and that is that feelings and emotions are really debatable at all. You can't tell someone they should or shouldn't feel a certain way.
