The Honky Tonk Man claimed on his weekly podcast on Monday (audio available at www.htmradio.com) that Karen Jarrett (formerly Angle) is the alleged victim of a sexual harassment lawsuit against TNA Wrestling.

The former WWE Intercontinental Champion says Karen was sexually harassed by TNA Wrestling president Dixie Carter's husband Serge Salinas.

He says a settlement was reached and that "part of the deal" involved Karen being given her job back with TNA Wrestling. He claims Carter was removed from television earlier this year due to the lawsuit.

The Honky Tonk Man tweeted Monday: "Anyone who missed HTM's announcement on TNA tonight. Karen Angle vs Dixie Carter's husband is the sexual harassment lawsuit going down! That's why Dixie is off TV and Karen is now back with the company as part of the settlement."

I don't think woman that are raped or harassed is going to go to court to ask to work at the same place that person who did it works at. Where does it mention rape? Sexual harrasment could simply be an inappropriate comment so it isn't too far fetched to imagine Karen wanting to come back. I'm not so sure Honky is a credible source but we've been hearing rumours of these sorts of issues within TNA for a while so I could believe it.

I've never heard of someone getting sexually harassed by a president's husband, and their settlement is to actually work for said president's company. Doesn't make much sense to me and sounds like complete gossip on Tonk's part, but hell the way employment is these days people are desperate to get their hands on the almighty dollar.

Just because one co-worker is harassing her (even if that co-worker is sleeping with your boss) that doesn't mean Karen can't still work at that company to try and provide support for her kids. Not only that, but you do realize that Karen is married to Jarrett and more likely than not, I would bet that she's there more so for him than she is herself.

Whether this is true or not, I don't know, but to say it's illogical for someone to keep working for a company after a lawsuit just sounds like you're uneducated. There's been plenty of cases with such instances happening, and to be honest, I wouldn't doubt it actually being true.

Karen (who is married to Jeff) was sexually harassed by the husband of Dixie Carter (who took over Jeff's company). I think I saw this on an episode of Law and Order SVU. Something doesn't sound right here............just saying.

I take anything the Honky Tonk Man says with a grain of salt, but there is some logic to what Karen supposedly wanted.

If she sues TNA for it, and seeks financial restitution, it would obviously make the news, and she would be cognizant of the fact that bad publicity for TNA could crush the company. Her current husband created the company that her lawsuit would possibly harm, and her ex-husband is one of that company's biggest ambassadors. She may not want to hurt TNA's limited financial resources or reputation by suing in court.

Further, by doing so, it would create a very awkward situation in back for both Jeff and Kurt with the company, something like this, with a prolonged court action, could make it uncomfortable enough for all parties that TNA would have to release one or both just to remove a dividing issue in the locker room. Jeff would certainly have to back his wife, and I suspect that when push comes to shove, so would Kurt. But if Jeff left or was released from TNA, that would seriously affect his livelihood, as there is no way the WWE wants him back. TNA is the best wrestling related place for Jarrett to make a living right now, so Karen may simply be trying to not rock the boat too much, to protect her husband's job.

That doesn't mean its the wisest decision, but if it makes sense to her and Jeff to do it that way, it's their choice.

Again, this is purely speculative, and based on the assumption that HTM's claims are in fact truth, which I highly doubt. Just playing devil's advocate here.

Hate HTM all you want but he is right. I can't say if it's really Dixie's husband, if that's why Dixie is off TV, if it's really Karen Angle... Jarrett but someone has been harrassed in TNA.

In the article on how bad Daffney was treated by TNA that had other wrestlers speaking under cover they said that a lot of people don't get their medical bill paid by TNA and that a lawsuit for sexual harrasment was about to come out so I have no problem believing that this could be real.

Bah, take it as a grain of salt. It might be true, but you would have to figure that Jeff Jarrett and Kurt Angle would be pissed like hell at this situation. Jarrett because last i heard still ownes some part of TNA and not to mention that Karen is his wife. Kurt Angle because even if Karen is with Jeff, at the end of the day she is still the mother of his children and i bet he still cares about her and wouldn't want her to be harrassed or hurt by anyone.
