Stage: Asteroid M (Version One)​

Many satellites fly high above Earth, but perhaps none as dangerous as Asteroid M. The space-based headquarters for Magneto when he was at his most evil, Asteroid M is the perfect lair with a fully stocked med bay, ample transport to Earth, and all manner of devious technology. It is on this floating rock that Mad Max, winner of a round one fight against Walker Texas Ranger, and Dante, the victor of a bout again Isaac, will do battle. Which one of these men will be the ruler of the rock? There's only one way to find out!

Dante.

Idk that Mad Max could hurt him. Dante's durability is outstanding. Shot in the head, didn't even fall. Stabbed by several scythes at once, continued fighting and even using the scythes sticking out of his body to kill the enemies. I haven't even touched on his infinitely loaded Ebony and Ivory twin pistols or the Devil Trigger.
