Going on 10 years with WrestleZone
This is a second round match-up in the all time Survivor Series team tournament. These two teams have been selected at random to face each other. Polls will be open for 3 days.

King's Court

King's Court is from the 1989 Survivor Series, and consisted of Randy Savage, Canadian Earthquake, Dino Bravo, and Greg Valentine. They destroyed The Visionaries, 17-1, in the first round.

Team Bischoff

Team Bischoff is from the 2003 Survivor Series, and consisted of Chris Jericho, Christian, Mark Henry, Randy Orton, and Scott Steiner. They defeated The All Americans by a narrow 9-6 score in the first round.

Oh my. Oh my indeed. Where to begin. Earthquake's size is negated by Henry's power, but even that doesn't help the fact that Quake wrestles circles around him, meaning that King's Court takes an early lead. Then we have Jericho against Savage. Please pardon me as I drool profusely. That is a draw to me. Steiner takes the win over Bravo in a walk, and that leaves Orton against Greg Valentine. I was always a Hammer fan, but this is Orton's game. Throw in an untouched Christian, and this is a no contest. Bischoff's team moves on.

Randy Savage is amazing, no doubting it. But he's also overrated. And I'm pretty sure a mix of Jericho and Christian could take him here. Actually, looking here, it could be an interesting match, as Earthquake and Henry, and Jericho and Savaga are quite well matched. But I think in the end Team Bischoff would walk away with the win. Team Bischoff are just too strong here. Jericho, Orton, Steiner AND Henry? I'm not a big Christian fan, but even he adds something here.

KB, you're making the mistake of allowing this to become a handicap match. I knew this would be a challenge. We have to look at a 5-man team equally vs a 4 man team. The algebra of all time Survivor Series logic fails here, and requires us to factor something out.

This match, to me, is basically a draw. Bravo is the weak link on King's Court, but he's not as shit as everyone says. He's like the 3rd Rougeau Brother. Mark Henry was an injury waiting to happen in 2003, and Christian was - AT THE TIME - only as good as his tag team partner (Edge) or his opponent (Jericho) in big matches. He wasn't the NWA Champion we saw him become years later.

Valentine, on the other hand, is a classic veteran, a former Tag Team mainstay and IC Champion. And Quake was one of the best big men ever seen for a while.

I am gonna back King's Court for this round, though I think it'll be futile.

Again witht he Randy Savage is over rated comment. far from it. As KB said, Earthquake as fat as he was, could negate Mark Henry in a Heartbeat.

Randy Savage was better then everyone on team Bischoff in everything possible. Savage is better all around then Jericho, or Christian, or Jeriicho and Christian combined, that's how good Randy Savage was is and will be.

Earthquake and Bravo more then negate Steiner or Henry at this point, and then you have Greg Valentine, probably the most under rated wrestler of the 80's.t eh guy was solid in the ring as it gets.

Earthquake is a better big man than Mark Henry, Valentine is a better technical wrestler than Jericho, Bravo is stronger than Steiner and Savage is a better all rounder than Orton. So that leave the extra man of Christain, the only thing he wins at in this match is a mic off.

Easy victory for the King's Court.

Christian at this point in time is more or less not worth bringing up in this match, he goes out to Savage. Quake over Mark Henry everytime for me, Bravo vs Steiner would be interesting but I'll give the edge to Steiner but that just makes Steiner fodder for a recovering Earthquake.

That leaves Savage, Quake and Valentine. I think a tired Earthquake goes out to an RKO at this point, I'd take Jericho over Valentine but once again a tired Jericho goes out to Savage. In 2003 Jericho stood a much better chance against Savage than Orton did, so the 2 Randy's face off with Savage easily overcoming 2003 Randy Orton. Savage takes it.

I think this is just a matter of eliminating the big guys and you have a more clean cut winner.

Eliminate Bravo and Quake from one side, and Steiner and Henry from the other. This leaves Savage and Valentine to face Christian, Jericho, and Orton. For the sake of equality, I'd assume that Bravo and Quake did much more damage than Steiner and Henry.

Christian is out early, to either guy. It really doesn't matter there. Jericho would be next, to Savage. I'll give Orton his credit and say that he somehow eliminates a worn out Valentine, but Savage would make short work of him after that. Orton doesn't have Evolution to run in for him here, so I'll take the King's Court in this one.
