My point exactly. Reigns and Rollins have a personal rivalry built in. Orton is barely a person at this point. He's just a body.

Tbh, even on TEW where I try to keep an identical roster to current WWE...I can't find a suitable feud for Orton.

But, at least the WWE haven't totally forgotten that the Shield contained Reigns at one point also, which I feel has hurt his momentum as a Singles compared to Rollins and Ambrose who have been continuing the Betrayal angle, because Reigns has been totally seperated from anything to do with the other 2.
