He did. During the Players match you could see him holding his head. Cole was his usual self one minute and then you could hear him sounding like he was trying to find out what to say and was just saying what was happening before going silent.

Crowd was really into because it was finally Kane and Bryan working together. But then the whole feeling changed. They went silent. That's how it seemed like something was wrong because then commentary went silent, Cole sounded distracted and worried. Then the updates came.
