Back when DX was feuding with Vince, Shane and The Spirit Squad, Jimmy was visiting some of the guys before a show.

Spirit Squad needed to practice that move where all five of them would grab the guy and throw him up in the air and let him crash to the mat. Vince happened to be there when they were looking for someone to use to practice with and walked over to Jimmy and asked him to do it because he said Jimmy was about Shawn's size.

Jimmy said he would do it but told Vince he didn't work there anymore.

Vince responded "You don't? Well you should."

Jimmy didn't do the move because they didn't want to risk him getting hurt and suing.
