Seems obvious to me. The Authority walking out on Rollins is just being done to lull Orton into a false sense of security. Rollins deceiving Orton as payback for Orton deceiving him. As the match is about to begin Kane, Show, and J & J show up and all help in beating down Orton. They aren't going to have an actual match just two weeks before their mania match.
