I know it's stupid but it drives me crazy when the World Title is given the NWA lineage. It's not true no matter how much they want to say it.

You can thank WCW for that though. They did it for years, and the WWE is just running with it. I feel it's more of a legit lineage over the alternative of what the NWA title has actually been the last 20 years.

This. The NWA of 1989 and back and the NWA of today have nothing in common besides the name change. None of the same territories, none of the same promoters or stars or anything. NWA --> JCP --> WCW --> WWE works far better for me.

I wonder how long they'll actually stick with Unified Champion? They actually have a way out - they never said that's what they would call the champ past the next night. They should use that loophole.
