There is no actual cake except for the graham cracker crust. It's very firm, but creamy at the same time. The one I have is white chocolate raspberry, and triple chocolate with caramel and pecans.

It's very good.

EDIT: OH LMAO my husband was looking over my shoulder and demanded to know who I was describing cheesecake too. He said I thought you were on a wrestling site.
