Unforutunately, I must disagree with many sentiments expressed here. Orton has subpar mic skills, and his in-ring ability is insanely exaggerated. They dropped the title on him so quickly in an attempt to force him on the fans as the future. I'll give credit where it's due, Batista could feasibly carry the company in the future, he's improved in the ring since he's lost the factor of Trips carrying the matches. Orton really hasnot done a single thing but talk shit (and I do mean shit, mediocre mic skills), show his lack of in-ring ability (they made him the "legend killer" because the established guys can carry the matches), and expose us to that terrible "look at me" gimmick (seriously, that's all I can glean from his persona). Everyone who's calling the Kennedy lover an idiot, I'd take Kennedy any day over Orton. I can only see Orton fading into the IC title races, and maybe, MAYBE, becoming known as a great IC champ.
