Questions about Finishers...

Just starting a "spam" thread, out of curiosity...
What finisher will you -always- mark out for?
For me, it would probably have to be Kane's Tombstone. It's rarely seen, so you know he means business when he hits it.

What finisher do you absolutely hate?
Hogan's Leg Drop. Enough said.

If you were a wrestler, what would your finisher be?
A dragon sleeper, rolled over into a stunner. Not that different from the "Cross Rhodes".

I mark out for a few. I really enjoy the RKO because it can be applied from anywhere and his punt to the head because it is rarely done and it looks painful. Another is CM Punks GTS.

I hate Warrior's splash and Hogan's leg drop.

My move would be cross rhodes too.

Got to admit, the RKO is a sweet move. I didn't really like randy for a while, though, i guess... once he got those sleeve tattoos, and started Legacy, i kind of changed my mind on him.

My MTFO finisher would have to be The Last Ride. When Undertaker breaks that move out, you know it's a big match. Another big MTFO "finisher" would be Orton's punt.

Just about any finishing kick makes me mark out. Sweet Chin Music, Flying Chuck, whatever.

I hate the Pedigree. It's awesome when he does it right and holds onto the guy, but the last few years, he's been letting go at the top of the jump and they come flying out and just fall on their face.

My finisher would be some kind of kick. I'm not creative, so we'll go with a regular superkick.

the best one i think is the canadian destroyer that move is just sick. i dont know how anyone can hit a finisher like that.

the one i cant stand is the back stabber. that move is just plain boring to me.

my finishing move would be the last ride powerbomb. those things actually hurt had one done to me on the backyard fence during a wrestling match a long time ago

He's hit it like 3 times in the last 6 months. Twice on tv. I don't count when Randy Orton kicked out of it, nor when he did it to Edge or Heath Slater, because those weren't matches.

RKO doesn't hurt? But yet, you list Skull Crushing Finale as a Mark Out when it doesn't hurt.

Mark Out: Ankle Lock by Kurt Angle, most submission finishers.

Hate: The Peoples Elbow, because if The Rock does it without the running to the ropes, throwing off the elbow pad. Then all he does is drop an elbow into the chest of someone. Is that really going to keep a guy from lifting his shoulder off the mat. You could look at hundreds of matches where people drop an elbow. The guy who feels the attack, will kick out. However if Rock rebounds off the rope, throws his elbow pad, then it becomes a match winning move.

Anyway, onto the thread. I always mark out for Sweet Chin Music, The Five Star Frog Splash and almost any move AJ Styles move.

Moves I hate are Wasteland and basically any finisher from the members of Nexus excluding Gabriel's 450.

I also noticed TNA is barely getting a mention... So to be fair, I do mark out for the "Skull & Bones" splash & neckbreaker the MCMG do.

Gotta agree with you there.That is a great move. Especially if he did it over the top rope, like he did at least once i remember.

Mark out- Goldberg's spear. When he backed up, you KNEW someone was getting destroyed. Favorite two would be the one on rosie from three minute warning that went through the barricade and then on on christian where he speared him while he had a chair above his head.

Another mark out- Clothesline from hell. As soon as Bradshaw would jump out of that corner, a few seconds later it was time for his opponent to go to sleep.

Hate-619, AA, Cena's STF.(just his) Swanton Bomb, and any pedigree after Triple H's first quad tear. he seem to be scared to pull it off right anymore.
