IC has made a great argument for Vader, however, some people are completely dismissing the argument and the stipulation because Austin was a bigger draw.

Austin was never booked as Superman. Sure he was the top draw, however, he lost plenty of matches to opponents that he should have never lost to when the match suited them. People like Mick Foley and Vince McMahon come to mind.
