One for the Brits...

Lee

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's Supermod!
Does anyone actually care how the US election turns out tomorrow?

I for one do, as the decision will have an impact globally (USA being the hegemony at the moment) and whilst I personally think Obama is going to win it, he reminds me of Cameron in the sense that he seems to change his mind quite a bit.

What do the other British (or non US) posters think of this?

The results of the U.S Election will definitely have a world wide impact (or at least reaching round the western world) so obviously I've been keeping a small eye on whats happening.

I also think Obama could win it - although I'm being a bit of a fence sitter either way - but in all honesty haven't been watching it enough to have made opinions on who I believe would be a good President in regards to outside US as well as US itself.

I think Obama will win it, but for Canada, McCain would probably be the better President to benefit Canada.

I care plenty. Personally, I'm backing Obama - pretty much like any other European. Hopefully we won't have another fiasco on our hands. Whoever wins should win fairly.

I care because this is the person that will be running one of the, richest if not the richest countries in the World. I'm surprised the majority of people don't care because evn if you don't live in the US this is going to have Worldwide implications for all.

If i was American i'd vote for Obama, McCain's wife seems to be to much of a "hockeymum" for my liking and seems only in the politics for the fame and fortune.

Did anyone here her "fake" interview with a Canadian radio broadcaster???

Damn that was f'n hilarious

It's terrible, I'm American and I really could less who wins. I find politics nausiating. If forced to pick, I's back Obama, but in typical tradition, whoever wins will do absolutely nothing they've promised to.

I was listening to Radio 1 today (not through choice). It had a survey of who English people were voting for tomorrow. Several idiots didn't realise they couldn't vote

Indeed - best was the guy who, despite being asked 'Are You American?' and said no, still said he was going to vote because he was 19...

this election is huge for the state of the world... if you don't care about the outcome, you're a tool IMHO.
