[OFFICIAL] Joint BT Discussion Thread

Let's see if we can do this and continue with the project. We've got some dedicated guys in this one, so it shouldn't be that hard. Thus far its myself, Theo, Da Prophet & #1Peep. We might look for a fifth depending, but at the moment it's us four.

Let's get some ideas rolling.

I was thinking that as it increases our chances of picking up the guys we want in the draft. Oh yeah, once we are all ready to go (i.e. after New Year's) we'll be holding the huge draft. There really isn't much to discuss though till then... maybe the company name and how we are going to regulate a World Champion.

Every time we've tried an Undisputed World Champ, it doesn't work out... so I reckon we just allow everyone to have their own titles and such and conduct their business as usual.

Yeah, only one 'World' Champion a brand would work. Then maybe a secondary championship that would define each brand. i.e. I could have a tag division, Falk a Womens division, someone else has an X Title, hardcore etc.

I was hoping for either a tag division for a a Cruiser/LH/X.

BTW, could we start the draft on the 4th of January? That is when I can have regular access to a computer.

After New Years day sounds great, for the beginning of things.

EDIT: I also would like to keep it just us four.

EDIT EDIT: Really don't think we should have an Undisputed Champion. I'm up for having our own titles, just like we did with "WPWA".

With the last one, we had that everyone could have tag team titles. Then I think we had the title put into primary and secondary brackets. Well, after a few minutes of looking, I found this:

Well... what we did for the last multi-man thing was pretty good. Basically every brand has three championships:

- One main championship. Like the Intercontinental or US title.
- One tag team championship. They are named after your brand to avoid confusion.

And the last one was a specialised title. To make our brands stand out from each other, each brand had their own gimmick division. Here's a list of ones that could be taken:

- Hardcore
- X Division
- Women's
- Cruiserweight
- Pure Rules

Now, if someone picks a division doesn't mean you can't have it. There can be multiples of the same division (e.g. If someone takes the hardcore division and you want one, call it the Extreme division). If you don't want a gimmick division, then you can just have a normal lower-card title like the European championship.

This is how we could go, with titles and what not. Makes it easy, and everyone goes home happy.

Yeah, I think I will have two titles or my brand. Three, including Tag Titles, championships would be a bit much. Maybe just include the tag titles as the secondary title? Doesn't matter, people can make there own decision.

Got four people in mind for my brand already.

I would want the Xtreme Championship (like it more than "Hardcore"), and the United States Championship. But we will get to these things later.

I was thinking of a major, maybe the Global Championship and either just a normal lower mid card title or a Cruiserweight Championship.

I knew I would get a least two, I really only care about getting one guy on my roster. And then I'll be a happy little Aussie. Even if we lost the cricket.....again.

I like the idea that Prophet posted from the past with the titles. I'm game for an IC title and then another one, maybe X division or something. As for the draft I'm good for whatever. Seeing as y'all are from Australia I'd imagine it would be easy for you guys to get on at once and I can stay up late (which I'm usually anyways) and do the draft. Looking forward to working with everyone.

I'm alright with doing an undisputed World championship if we can do it right. Where I think we went wrong in the pass with that is we were pretty unorganized and didn't really put much thought into how we handled the world championship. If we can figure out a neat and organized way of handling an undisputed champ I think we will do alright in those regards.

BTW, I wish we were back to the days where Hayden and Langer were able to get a higher score than the entire first innings score of the latest test without losing a wicket.

PPW (Pure Professional Wrestling)

GCW (Global Championship Wrestling) (probably not this as I want to use the Global Championship as my main title).

NWC (New Wrestling Corporation)

LPW (Legion of Professional Wrestling)

PWL (Pro Wrestling Legion/League)

NWL (National Wrestling Legion/League)

UWA (United Wrestling Alliance)

Just some more name suggestions to add to what we already have.

The name PWA already exists in real life as that acronym, but I doubt they'd care that much if we used that name.

As for your brand, all you have to do is name your titles and divisions. You can have as much as you like, as long as you are being fair about it. (For example, you can't have the IC and the US title on your brand). I usually use one main title ("World"/brand title), one secondary title (either tag team or singles title) and one gimmick title (womens).

As for the World title situation, it's up to everyone here whether they'd like to do it. Personally, I will never use an Undisputed Championship as I'm good with the titles I own.

And if I go with a third I'll either use that as a gimmick title or I'll sub the IC as my main and roll with two.

Sounds good, picking NPC first would be best. Also like the idea of a superstar who is automatically yours.

There a chance I can get in on this? I asked the last time yall did a joint thing. I don't think 5 is much of a difference more than 4. I also will have alot of time to work on it since my current thread is a partner thing I can work on mine while he works on his show.

I would stick with what your doing now, having more than one project isn't easy. I can't speak for the others, but I think we are sold on four people, and if we were going to have one more. Than it would be GCB, as he did show interest before. But again, I can't speak for the others.
