Kevin Owens vs. AJ Styles on SmackDown, because the prestige of a third rematch with Chris Jericho is suited only by WrestleMania.

To be fair, the feud is damn fine now, despite it feeling like a 6 month arc smashed into a 2 month window.

And besides, if AJ were with KO for WM, then Sami would NOT be, and that is just no fair.

Speaking of a decade of booking smashed into 6 weeks of tv time.....

The fact Sami wasn't on RAW the night after the Rumble is beyond baffling right now.

Part of my beef with current WWE is that by the time a feud comes about the two wrestlers in it have wrestled a dozen times. I understand that you've got finite talent and umpteen minutes to fill every week but can you not keep two wrestlers with such feud potential apart for a few more weeks until we get to Extreme Rules, or at least not chuck it on a SmackDown. I also question how wise it is to have AJ Styles wrestle so often.

Having AJ wrestle so often may be a side effect of having so many top guys out with injuries. Then again there are a ton of guys on the roster hardly being used if at all (Sandow, Breeze, Swaggles, Stardust, Mark Henry, etc.)

I agree, however I wouldn't mind wrestlers in feuds working together so often if WWE would utilize DQ's and count outs and draws to extend the shelf life of feuds. For some reason nearly all WWE matches have to end in pin fall or submission, and fans have become conditioned to it. If we don't see a pin fall or submission then it's like "what the fuck?" But I think that if WWE pushed two guys as being mostly equal in that they've both been screwed over time and again, and they have a real grudge and a score to settle, fans would eat that up once it came time for one of them to eat a pin fall.

Ntm, there are those guys who aren't used at all for some reason.
Then again, I've seen some guys who aren't used, getting rare TV time, and many fans all around question why they are being given that time.
Thus, it becomes a case of "damned if you do, damned if you don't".

I really feel the title matches especially can be used to strengthen the title holders, the title challengers and the possible next contenders all at the same time if some thought was put into it, instead of doing the rinse. repeat method on TV, sometimes twice a week. (see Triple H-Reigns going into Mania having 3 all-out brawls which kills some anticipation, lMO)
