Justin was bitching a few days ago, but there's a difference between him and you. Justin, knew it was all staged and just based off a popularity contest from the forum members. They voted who they wanted to vote for. Plain and simple.
You, on the other hand, are seriously and in all likelihood crying into the cock shaped pillow I claimed Justin had. With a pair of big, fluffy balls to cling to with each hand - screaming to the heavens "Why, why?" and the reply you'd likely get.. "WHAT?"
The shoe was on the other foot for me when RVD first drew, then beat Savage. I made a few snide comments here and there, but didn't feel the need to make four threads in a day about it though, unlike the Austin supporters. I thought Edge had lost to Lesnar, and I didn't give a shit. Warrior, a guy I spent about 5 hours of my life went out by one vote for some of the weakest reasoning of all time, but at the end of the day, it is other people's opinions.
Not being in the IWC is apparently the new being in the IWC, where if you don't wank over Hulk Hogan, you're not worthy of opinion. Well, I'll tell you what, Austin was a one dimensional character and I was a nine year old by watching him, and I'm sorry, but I'm just not interested in him. I've read the story, I know how it ends, and the content of the matches isn't worth revisiting.
Opinion is exactly what it is, and if people feel the need to insult others then go for it. If only you'd put more effort into debating against the Edge supporters in the thread and less into creating we wuz robbed threads then we wouln't be in this situation.

I'm sure that there would have been people complaining. But I would have understood why Austin went over, or Bret, Benoit, or RVD, even. What I'm not sure about is if there would be four threads complaining that the tournament is flawed. Namely because the wrestler you would have hoped for lost.
I can say in all honesty that if any of the wrestlers I supported bowed out, I wouldn't have said anything. I would have had my opinions, but I also would have understood why a certain wrestler won. I wouldn't try to act like I am the end-all, be-all source of wrestling knowledge, or that my opinion is the complete and factual truth. Especially in a tournament that revolves completely around debate.

As much as I disagree with a bunch of the results (Lynn losing to HBK
), I know that upsets happen, and sometimes, as in Edge's case, shit happens.

People vote gainst hte Ultimate Warrior in their droves stating that he is boring, even though he'd blatantly win, but then cry when people vote against Lesnar and Austin, one of whom had significantly less impact on the business than Warrior.
When the Rock is beating Bret Hart, people whine about the attitude era getting an unfair bias, but then promptly vote Austin. I just don't get it, to be perfectly honest with you.
