Edge is IWC darling, he's an active wrestler, and thus, goes over guys who are much more deserving. If you were to start a wrestling promotion, with ANY guy in wrestling history, I'm not sure Edge would even crack the Top 100.

The most baffling thing I've read on this forum in ages. But this thread isn't the place to discuss it.

Honestly, this whole thing is blown out of proportion. i'm a fan of both guys and Undertaker so no matter what, my next vote will be tough to call.

Personally I can say my vote for Austin was justified and I am happy with it regardless.

Benjamin doesn't have a resume...guys like Hart, Edge, Jericho, etc. do.

Benjamin can't take down Austin, because he just doesn't have a good enough resume. Edge's resume, while obviously weaker than Austin's, is strong enough that people who like them can at least pretend to have a valid argument, when everyone knows it's not.

But, you can't even pretend that Benjamin over Austin is valid. Major difference.

i never once mentioned anything about rules.

The underlying theme HAS to be kayfabe...they're made up matches with made up stipulations, if your making a personal interpretation on a wrestling tournament, you're gonna do it based on kayfabe situations. Hence people comparing feuds with other wrestlers, title reigns, eras etc...it's ALL kayfabe bullshit
