And you need to read the rules of the forum. Which are the only rules that need apply, anywhere on this board. And anyone trying to alter those rules, (jokingly or not) are infact breaking the original ones by trying to make their own sets.
I'm gonna have to be brutally honest... As much as I like Dannii as a person, I have to agree with Jonny. That thread was getting real annoying. For a couple of reasons too. Part of it was Sly, Dannii and Justin arguing all the time.
I'll admit that I came into this thread to defend Danielle, because she asked me to on MSN. I wouldn't of defended her, if I didn't feel it wasn't right. She said that she didn't like Sly calling her names, and running her down. I agreed, because I don't think its right to pick on anyone. And I think that Sly could've easily left well enough alone and ignored the thread.
However, there are always two sides to every story. And Sly pointed out to me that he never actually came into this thread to start anything. He ONLY came around, whenever he seen his name being brought into subjects and conversation. Danielle, was ALWAYS the one to bring him in. So because of that, its actually NOT Sly's fault.. he was merely defending his own name, because someone else was trying to bait him into arguments.
And to be perfectly honest, Danielle wants to complain about how she feels people who don't like her should stay out of the thread.. well, until I asked her to do so numerous times, she constantly for whatever reason never simply ignored Sly. Therefore, she brought it on herself.
She refused to be the bigger person and just drop the subject. She wanted to get the last word in, and anyone who knows Sly, knows he'll only quit defending and debating when hes proven his point, or the other person merely quits.
Second was the shameless sucking up and ass-kissing (noone can deny it wasn't going on, seriously, it like some 4th-grade puppy love, I was gonna be sick).
I have no comment on this, because I, myself, was even going around love-sick over a 16 year old. Pathetic, shameless, whatever you call it. It was my decision, and people have a right to do what they want.
As a result, everyone else has a right to cast judgment onto me. I don't have to accept what they feel as being true, because I know who I am. However, everyone has the right to their own opinion. I don't like being looked down upon, but I won't say its not acceptable for my actions. I know what "I" personally did was beneath the status of my age and maturity. However that not withstanding, I did it because I felt it, and it was real to me. Thats all that should be said about that.
And the first two reasons lead to the third reason the thread turned sour, which was that all the people who made the thread fun in the first place stopped posting in it. Jake, Wes, Brian, Ech, Justin hardly posted anymore, CM only came by to back up Wes' occasional jabs at the thread.
Because the thread itself was taken from where it was. It was in the Prison, where only people who were truly trying to be friendly to her, would go to post. When it got moved to the bar room, it got moved into the direct line of sight for anyone who randomly just posts nonsense.
The fact is, those who truly tried being friends with Danielle would still talk to her on MSN, or through PMs. Ech, Wes, Brian, Justin, myself. To my knowledge we all had her on MSN, and we all talked. (Minus Ech, I'm unsure if he has MSN)
The thread her on WZ was turned into a 2nd Pointless thread, that "revolved" around one person. Each time the thread died down, that person would post seductive photos to bring mindless members back to it, until everything would once again die out then get repeated all over again.
There wasn't any more of the fun and interesting conversation. It literally became a 24-hour constant flow of comments from guys who either would argue with Dannii(Sly, occasionally Wes) or guys who inexplicably wanted to fly to England and propose(too many to name).
In the original thread, in the Prison, ACTUAL CONVERSATION happened. In the bar room version.. it was nothing more than 100 plus pages of mindless rambling over wanting to see big tits. GOOGLE THE WORD.. YOU'LL SEE A TON OF THEM!
It got old. It lasted almost 500 pages, but it got old and it died out. It happens. It'll eventually happen to every thread on the forum, except The Pointless Thread, The John Cena Thread, and maybe a few of those never-ending arguments with Disco Inferno. It's a little disappointing, but the thread had run its course.
I think the bolded parts are more or less all that need to be read. Danielle, I know you'll heavily take offense to this. Maybe you'll block me, never talk to me again, who knows.
But the fact is, even your friends (Albert) are agreeing that the thread was just a thread, and it got old. Just like I told you on MSN when you DID threaten to me, about leaving the forum if your pathetic little thread didn't get reopened.

We can converse in the other threads anyway, it's not the end of the world.
Thats just it though man, she threw such an immature little fit over "her" thread being closed. When I suggesting even starting a different one, or posting in another one.. she refused. Why? Because it wasn't a thread "dedicated to her."
You know, it wasn't THAT many days back that I defended Danielle for being a very mature, respectful and in-depth person. But I see now, and I'll see even more, especially based on how she reacts to me saying all this. My views on her have completely changed.
I WANT to be your friend, Danielle. But if you throw little tantrums over a simple thread being closed, then you proceed to question whether or not you'd ever want to talk to me again, because I don't understand the "gravity" of how "important" this thread is to you.. screw that. I don't need mindless drowns in my life. Bottomline, if you want to be MY friend, then start acting like A FRIEND.
I'll defend you if someone disrespects you, and its warrented. But I'll also be blatantly honest about something, even at the risk of hurting your feelings. Because its more than clear, outside of Albert, none of your little "yes men" are going to stand up and tell you the truth. They're just going to place their lips, firmly on some portion of your ass.
If and when you're ready to want real friends in your life. Look me up. I'll still be around. Just make sure you understand respect isn't given, its earned. And tantrums, and complaining, and threats.. don't earn shit.
Why would there be complaints about this thread? It's no better nor worse than any of the other ones. If anyone complains about it then they're pathetic. It's simple, don't go in it.
How is it anymore pathetic then people complaining over it being closed?
This is just a thread. But the reason it needs to be closed, is because its a thread thats taken on a singular person, almost demanding that everything in it, be ran under her.
Its in the bar room.. and as such, open to the entire forum. If the thread stays open, then anyone should be able to post any amount of mindless bullshit in it, as they wish.
Danielle has no more right to complain about people coming into the thread bad mouthing her and making opinions, than all those same people do requesting that it be closed.
Why don't the people who don't like it stay out of it then? It appears to be so easy to me.
I completely agree with you for the most part. However this just brings me back to.. why couldn't everyone just of ignored Leore and placed him on their block user/ignore user lists? It appeared so easy to me, too, but it was never done.
If people can't ignore a member, then I wouldn't expect them to be anymore capable of ignoring a thread.
But then again. I'm actually pretty lenient when it comes to some of the rules.
