wow...only 800??? thats hardly healthy ma'am. and u need proteins. Im suprised ur not constantly exhausted. I get about 2500 a day, and I still wear out from time to time

I have to do it, currently anyway. I gained some weight for training, which made me unhappy with my body size, yet stronger and I had less chance of being injured, and being a student bum, I gained more than I wanted to, also with a match coming up in June, I have to lose weight and get back in shape, or at least back to a better size, also the tea gives me caffeine which gives me plenty of energy.

yea, seriously watch urself during ur training if ur only gettin that many calories, and all of them by plants. U canb seriously injure yourself pretty easily on a diet like that. And yea if u have that little of stuff in ur stomach/in ur body, caffiene will have a strong effect on you, becuase it has nothing to soak into. Sorta like alchyhol lol. make sure ur drinkin a looooot of water, becuase that caffeine will make u dehydrated. Im sure u are, becuase there is no way u could go around on just 800 plant calories, and not be absolutely starving all the time, unless ur drinkin a very large quanity of water everyday.

Well the alcohol thing at the moment is great, I can get pissed on a few drinks, which makes it cheaper for me :p
I know, when i am fully back in training which isn't till may, I'll have to start eating better. Still isn't that easy being a veggie, not a lot of protein in much of my food as it is.
And if anyone dares to say they have a source of protein that would help, I'll shoot them :p

u can buy whey protein powder and mix it in water. That would help u a lot.
 
Sometimes they put animal bi-products in them I have to be careful with everything, I have also found vitamins with animal bi-products in.

there are two different kinds.

*SOY* protein is from aminals (spelled like that on purpose, shutup)

*WHEY* protein is not from animals, its just the pure molecular makeup of protein. mix er up in water, and ull be good to go
