I think all he means is that you get more attention than the 99.9% of the regular wrestling posters because you posted pics of yourself. You have 100 posts but more rep than most and almost as much as him (maybe he is insulted?) He's good at getting under peoples skin, thats why I'm glad he's on the same side as me when it comes to John Cena.

Ultimately, he doesn't personally know you so why care?

Sly is a Cena, and Hogan fan, he also has a Ultimate Warrior Avatar, and is one of the most biased people when it comes to debating anything, he is incredibly overrated and knows very little...you are very pretty BTW
